"Quiet room with good supportive bed (medium stiffness). Bathroom installations are subpar but functional. Insufficient lighting in bed area -- missing bulb in existing lamp (never placed despite requests). No ironing equipment in the room so one has to search an "ironing room". Free parking garage though somewhat limited space. Nice breakfast but omelette station doesn't operate on Saturday. Nice lobby with coffee machine 24/7."

Nothing was too much trouble for them. I had a very early flight and the reception staff suggested a packed breakfast for me to take with me. They also were more than helpful when I arrived on a very early flight with my room. Definitely will book again when...
