"Hotel was good but booking with Expedia was very expensive. You charged 17k for three days without breakfast, at the same time , same dates , same category room with breakfast in 13k. Very surprising."

"The front desk was Amazingly Helpful ,genuine , it a lovely property over looking through lake. For Wheel Bound people - You need a ramp ,they actually have a Wheel Chair ,I am sure the other will look into it . Food was very good n huge gym which is quite popular"

"So yes a boutique hotel - with capacity for only 20 guests but the hotel exceeded our expectations in every other sense. Immaculate spacious suite, with excellent facilities. We wanted a gym and a pool - both big ticks! The food and drink on point too. Other things to note: near Old Goa (so about 15 mins taxi from Panjim), felt the hotel was not full but meant it often felt as though we had the entire space to ourselves. At night, definitely quieter than panjim and north Goa - previously stayed at other prestige hotels in Fort Aguada. Small eating area partitioned off the main foyer but pleasant. Food - only vegetarian option but well prepared and tasty. Michelle and all her staff welcomed you as though you were family. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend this place to our family when they also visit. "
