"We couldn’t have asked for a better place to get away and spend some quiet time as a family. We spent a lot of time in the river and explored the small town of Camp Wood. Everyone was welcoming and the shops were great to explore. We even learned pickleball and played every night. We are already working to plan our next trip!"

"Ima simple man, I see Nueces Riverfront and I”m in. This place is truly special from the views to the house then to the absolutely stunning section of river. This river access has it all , shallow areas , 5 feet deep areas , excellent fishing throughout the whole river. The kayaks were a plus and were an awesome experience for the kids . The market in camp wood was nice on a Saturday. Hosts were awesome , we loved it and we will be coming back here. "

"The RIV is a fantastic place to stay, and we will be doing it again. The staff was crazy responsive, the lodge was amazing, and the amenities even in the weather were great. If you haven't been to the Texas Hill Country, this is a great place to come and enjoy it. "
