"The person at the desk charged my credit card while telling me he wasnt goi g to charge it. I had alreapdy prepaid for the room. No breakfast dont exoect any. Also the bes sheets are old along with the towels"

"The staff were all very nice and helpful with anything we asked about or needed. The property has definitely seen better days, but the rooms were clean, and it seems from the equipment and haul away trash rentals in the parking area they are working on fixes and updates to the place. The shower/tub needs a remodel… the shower fixture is new and the water works fine but there were badly covered up old holes from previous shower handles, and the tub looks as if there are some permanent stains. Unfortunately the pool was not open during our stay, but that was okay wee were in town for a two day event and wound or have had the time to enjoy it. Even with the mentioned items for construction purposes in the parking area, there were plenty of open spaces to park. Overall, yes the place is a little outdated but it wasn’t a bad experience at all. "

"Our room had clearly just had the carpet shampooed just before we checked in. The room had a wet dog smell and the carpet was very damp. "

Shame on the owners and Orbitz for allowing the use of fake photographs for advertising. We would’ve never chosen to stay here if it was clear the condition. Grimy carpet, some sort of oil substance on the side table, just filth everywhere. Door looked like it had been scraped with a cheese grater. Holes in bathroom doors, no drain traps, plaster falling off ceiling."

"The rooms are pretty rough with discolored drywall and missing texture. Extremely loud location due to traffic and hotel guests. To my fellow construction workers pass on this place."

"Host is wonderful and accommodated our every need. Home is family friendly and is one of the cleanest homes we've stayed in. It is in a great neighborhood and was 20 minutes away from where we needed to be which was a plus for us. 10/10 recommend booking this home "

"House is for sale with the sign up and the yard of rocks has many weeds growing through. The rooms were spacious enough, but I'm not sure if there was any clean up after the last people. Beer bottles behind one bed, wet towels in the washer, no face cloths or hand towels, only bath. Spilled juice, I hope, on the inside of the bottom of the freezer. All plug in air fresheners were empty. Major dust under TV, all light switches and wood by the doorknobs were filthy with prints and dirt smears. After 5 days of thinking there were only a few plastic silver wares and a few silver knives, found all the other utensils and dishes still in the dishwasher from before us. The headboard with the king bed had a fake leather look that was peeling off onto the bed sheets, looks horrible and should just be removed. Long blinds from Dining room into backyard and in master room were missing a few blinds each. Kitchen table had white stuff on it. Back yard and BBQ was dirty and gross and not taken care of at all. Master sink had some stuff..bug or what ever stuck in in. Yellow dripping from bathtub, not sure what it was but didn't take one. The sliding door to veranda didn't lock. Bad info was given on wifi, couldn't contact host until later. Got locked out coming back from late dinner due to battery on lockpad. Took awhile to get responses from host through expedia. My phone wasn't upgraded enough, so luckily I was able to finally get in by someone elses phone."
