"Great hotel in a perfect location."

"I've stayed here a few times in the past. I like the kitchens with utensils and the proximity to some fast food (particularly In-N-Out), but may try a different location on my next visit. It seems that the cleanliness has gone downhill over the last few years."

"All around a great place to stay for the price, thanks again."

"We had a problem with the refridgerator being loud so we had disturbed sleep. I spoke with the night manager who stepped up and had the unit replaced and also removed the resort fees from our bill. OUTSTANDING job !!!!!!!!!"

"Jason at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We were set up on the 3rd floor but were informed afterwards that the elevator was broken and not working. He mentioned that we could talk to Adam H the manager but he cones in later in the morning so we did not get a chance to see him/talk to him . Fir the money spent you’d hope the basic things would work. But can’t fix that now , also very loud / busy street parking lot."

"Good communication."

"great place"

The rooms were super clean, the only thing that threw me off was that I had to tell front desk every day to refresh the room and do the beds, but every day by 9:45pm room service will knock at the door for refreshments and if you didn't have the privacy on at the door they will just open the door ( there was no lock on the inside to avoid that) ?? that was a little weird. The food...

"Charming!"
