ALOHA. Come vacation in our beautiful, newly remodeled 2BR/2BA beachfront home. Enjoy the breathtaking views of Kaho’olawe Island, Molokini Crater, the West Maui Mountains and of course the pristine Pacific Ocean and its shoreline. Sugar Beach is the longest sandy beach in Maui and is just steps away. We offer free WI FI, free parking, and large screen HD TV's in living room and both bedrooms.
Our beach home is an end unit which allows for even greater unobstructed panoramic views from the lanai, living room and dining room. Master bedroom also has great ocean views. Relax with your cup of coffee or a glass of wine and enjoy the seasonal migrating whales and spectacular sunsets. Let the sound of the waves put you to sleep each night.
Just across the street is an ABC convenience store, a Farmer’s Market and the best Hawaiian shaved ice and bakery. We are just minutes away from downtown Kihei, which offers many choices for shopping, dining, and local activities. We are centrally located to all of Maui’s famous attractions. Lahaina is 20 miles to the northwest, Wailea 6 miles south, and the airport 9 miles north of the condo.

Kihei fun time

We had a great time in the vrbo unit. Kihei is pretty central on Maui. Good restaurants nearby. Communication with manager ended up being important and they were very responsive.

Marvellous Maui!

We had a wonderful trip to Maui and a perfect stay at Susan and Tiva’s. We toured all over the island, saw all the sights and many great beach days, including the beach right in front of the condo. At the end of each adventure it was lovely to come “home” to the condo’s comfort and amenities!

Can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay here. The ocean view was stunning and so great to sit out on the balcony and enjoy it all. We took advantage of the canoe club next door and did their visitor paddle. So fun! We also loved being right across the street from Ululanis- our favorite shave ice place! The condo itself was great and as described. We hope to book here again.

This was a fabulous week in Kihei. The condo was perfect for the three of us and the view from the patio was breathtaking. All our needs were met; such as the beach chairs and towels being provided. Amazing rental in the perfect location!

This was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at! The location is perfect, love the bakery, shaved ice and ABC store accoss the street. The condo had everything you would need and was very clean, comfortable and had the very best sunsets! I would 1000% stay here again and rent from these wonderful owners! 5 star!

Maui vacation

My family and I had a nice time staying in the condo. The central location made it nice for day trips. We had all the amenities we needed. It was nice to have the option to walk out the door and be on the beach, go to the pool or walk across the street for shaved ice!

Perfect location

This was a perfect location for our family trip to Maui. The view was outstanding, watching whales almost every morning, walks on the beach were awesome and quick access to farmers market and ABC stores were super helpful for breakfast and snacks. The room was very clean and provided several items that are helpful when traveling like soaps, towels, and beach gear. Our family of 4 loved our stay!

Just perfect!

We looooved this condo!! It’s located in our favorite building in Kihei since it sits directly facing the water. The condo has EVERYTHING you could possibly need and then some. Communication was great. Checkin was super easy. Loved the balcony and access to the beach and pool. Definitely will stay here again. 1000% recommend!!

well equipped condo on a quieter stretch of beach

This was a great condo, with ocean views and super comfy king bed (I have never slept better on vacation!). It is right in front of a more sheltered stretch of beach (not super wavy) and across the street from a great little bakery and fresh produced market. If you want to be a bit away from the busier parts of Kihei, this place is great!

Beautiful

Very comfortable unit with plenty of space for 4 adults. Nice beachfront lawn with lounge chairs and a great beach right outside. Very convenient to have an ABC store, farmer’s market and bakery right across the street.

Great spot centrally located

We loved our time here! It was relaxing and carefree. Our activities were a quick trip away and we found it to be the perfect launching off point. The bakery across the street was extremely convenient and a delicious start to most of our days on the island. We also loved all of the Beach supplies like coolers, chairs, and snorkels that were provided for guest use. Thanks so much for a great week!

Wonderful Oceanfront Condo

The condo was the perfect jumping off point for us on Maui close to many things we wanted to do. The view from the lanai was wonderful and we spent many mornings enjoying the view and watching the Outriggers It was very clean and stocked well in the kitchen. Aloha Hawaii!

We had a great time in Maui! This condo was just as advertised! Great location on the beach. Right across the street from the best shave ice place. They had everything we needed, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, coolers, boogie boards! We cooked a few meals there and the kitchen was great. The place was very clean and nice decor. We enjoyed watching the canoe club every morning too. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in Maui.

Memorable Family Vacation

PERFECT condo location for our family vacation with an amazing view from the balcony. We enjoyed the beautiful daily sunrises and sunsets as well as Ululani’s shave ice and Sugar Beach bake shop across the street.The condo was also only 10 minutes drive to Maalaea Harbor where we had our very early morning Trilogy Sail to Lana’i and Four Winds Snorkelling Tour to Molikini. We extremely enjoyed our home away from home for a week which had almost everything we needed. Thanks Tiva and Susan for sharing your beautiful condo and making us feel very welcome. Your communication before and during our stay was highly appreciated. Also, want to acknowledge AA Oceanfront staff (Michelle, Jera, and Jingky) for prompt responses to our questions and requests to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. Amazing Vacation

My husband and I Staten in this beautiful condo for 8 days. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching amazing sunsets every evening and watching the sky light up every morning! The views are spectacular!! The canoe club next door was very fun to watch as were the turtles!! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The owner text upon arrival and on our last day just to check in and the property manager did the same. This was simple to rent and we will definitely return!! Thank you for sharing your amazing property!!

Quiet condo steps from beach

Property was quiet and only steps away from beach front (no highway to cross). Condo was well equipped with most items you’d need such as coolers, beach chairs, umbrella, toys for kids, kitchen appliances, beach towels, boogie boards, etc. The on-site property manager, Luigi and staff member Danny, were friendly and helpful. Luigi helped push our rental that died to the side of the road.

Perfect for family of four!

If you’re idea of paradise is sleeping to sound of waves and long walks on quiet beach, this is it! The condo is quiet, clean, comfortable, and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Location is fantastic with easy driving access to anywhere you wish to go and a bake shop, farmers market, shaved ice and ABC market directly across the street. Everything we tried at the bake shop was delicious; the mango cheesecake was sublime. Our visit was less than two weeks after the devastating fires in Lahaina and the owners were so helpful and gracious in sharing what they knew about the situation and offered flexibility should we need to change plans. That was greatly appreciated and we are so glad we came. While West Maui remains closed, the rest of Maui is indeed open and visitors both welcome and needed to support the local economy.

Trip to Maui

WOW, what at GREAT Time. Let me tell you a little about where we stayed. The place was AWESOME, easy to find, RIGHT ON THE BEACH! If we were any closer, we would be WET! If you leave window open like we did you will wake up to the sond of waves rolling onto the shore and a rooster will call out to you to get up and start the day. And you want to because there is just so much to do. The place has everything you need. Kitchen has all the utensils you need stove, oven, microwave, air cooker, refrigerator. The rooms are spacious with two very nice bathrooms. You are located at a good spot on the island. Right across the street is an ABC store however, I recommend dropping off the luggage at the condo then heading back to costco which is right by the airport and a good place to refuel your rental car before leaving. Also, right next to the condo is a place to rent kayaks and stuff. If you have any boating experience, I would also recommend "Aloha Outdoors" for a boat rental. The pier is right down the road from the condo.Overall we had a GREAT EXPERIENCE! Thanks Tiva and Susan

Perfect condo for our Maui vacation
