Watch the waves and surfing from this Direct Ocean View corner unit. Sleeps 4 comfortably with a possible 5th person on living room sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has a queen bed, and one bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Enjoy wonderful views and trade wind breezes on the lanai. The unit includes a smart flat screen TV, wireless internet, a washer and dryer unit in the hallway & open parking for one car. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare all your meals. The building has a lovely heated swimming pool with 2 gas BBQs perfect for grilling dinner and watching the sunset. The unit is located on the 4th floor and the building is equipped with 2 elevators. Easy access to the beach and beach park right across the street. This wonderful condo overlooks Kalama Park with panoramic views of the ocean and Kaho`olawe, Molokini, Lana`i, and the West Maui Mountains. Each evening enjoy breathtaking sunsets.

When you stay in Kihei you are in the center of it all! You are close to the best beaches in Maui for sun, snorkel and swimming. South Maui has so many beaches and this unit is in the heart of the Kihei village with a perfect location to walk to everything: bars restaurants shops and beaches. The lovely new South Maui Gardens, surf and dive lessons, paddleboard and bike rentals are all just steps away. If your looking for family fun, the park across the street has it all-volleyball, softball, roller skate rink, skate board runs and kiddie play structures. It is a beautiful property right on the ocean front. We would just sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean and do nothing. And just couple minutes walk to everything.... restaurants, grocery, coffee shop.... And a well stocked unit. All attention is given to ensure we have everything we need including beach towels.

Great stay in Kihei!

We had a wonderful time staying in Patty’s lovely 2 bed/2bath apartment in Kihei. The location was excellent as we were across from the beach. We loved watching all the activity from our balcony when we were there. The apartment is very close to some very good beaches, lots of souvenir shops, close to a local grocery store (Foodland) and across from a park where people are playing volleyball or, walking biking running. We could see surfers from the balcony as well.Kitchen is well set up for meal prep in the apartment. We were very happy with the accommodation! Would definitely stay again.

This property is located perfectly on Kihei Rd, with access to many amenities. The owner welcomed us with an amazing fruit arrangement, and the property had everything else we needed. Fabulous place to stay, would stay there again and definitely recommend.

Good location

We enjoyed our time in Kihei and this apartment had a great location. The good: location, lots of food choices around the apartment, surf shops, nice kitchen to cook meals, nice bathrooms, many beaches within walking and short driving distance Important items to know: the furniture and bedrooms are a little outdated and quirky. The beds were extremely hard. Overall we had a good stay, 4.3 stars!

Relaxing on Maui

Though the building is slighty older the unit itself has been updated nicely. The unit was very clean and supplied with anything you might need . For two couples or a family having two bedrooms and two baths is a plus . Located by numerous food spots and beaches it was perfect , and the sunsets from the lanai every night were spectacular

GREAT LOCATION, PATIENT OWNER

Great location! We walked to shops, restaurants and the lovely beach park across the street. Layout was perfect for one couple and two friends (sisters), and we made our own meals in the well-stocked kitchen. The only small glitch was a loose towel bar, which the owner arranged to have fixed promptly. She was also very patient with our other questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Love this place and location and would definitely stay again! There are a ton of restaurants, shopping and beaches in walking distance of the condo. Great condo in busy location

Great deal on a clean 2 bedroom condo - gorgeous view located close to many amenities. It was nice to be able to walk to so many locations. We were a bit surprised at the noise 24/7, from music to cars to roosters, so some may be disappointed if they were expecting a quiet retreat, but if you love the city with everything at your fingertips you will love this place!

Awesome location, walking distance to eateries, shops and wonderful beaches. Road noise because it backs to the highway but it calms down at night and early morning. Didn’t bother us much. Great Stay in Paradise!

Had a great stay at Patty’s place. Not only was the check-in super easy but the host sent us plenty of information so we could plan our days. There’s a grocery store within walking distance. There was also a surf shop and a small convenience store. The apartment had snorkeling gear which saved us the hassle of renting and allowed for a great experience seeing the corals and colorful fish. Walking distance to the beach where you can enjoy the waves and water but even better great sunsets. These can also be enjoyed from the balcony of the place! Everything was clean and the kitchen had a lot of cooking supplies. Great place to stay can’t recommend enough!

Just million dollar view with just the right everything

Patty's condo was perfect for my family's vacation. We knew she was in the area of the wedding venue we were attending, but we didnt know what a great spot it was. Near the South Maui Gardens (and all their yummy food trucks), accross the street from the beach and with in a 5 min walk to the triangle for shopping, food, and drinks. The pool was my kids favorite and was a perfect way to end the day (with a grill out and swimming). She had just enough stuff that we didnt have to tote a bunch of extra things on our flight/buy a ton. And the place was clean and tidy. Thanks Patty!

The property was older but clean. It is located on Main Street in Kihei on South Kihei Street. Lots of traffic and noise from the road. Property is across the street from a park and the beach . There is an ocean view through the telephone and electrical wires. Ceiling fan in living area. Great breezes on balcony but they don’t come into living area.

Positives: In a central location next to beaches, grocery store, snorkel rental, and many restaurants. Communication with property manager is prompt. Bathroom, kitchen, and flooring is updated. Condo has all amenities including life jackets, beach chairs, and washer / dryer. AC units make it nice and cool. Negatives: Not nicest part of Maui. Condo building is a little dated. Windows are the type where outside noise is pretty loud. Certain things in the condo make it seem “drab” a little paint needed around windows, handwritten notes taped everywhere, cordless phone on the entertainment center, etc. Overall, very good value for the price. I would consider staying here again.

Comfortable, clean, and close to many amenities!

We were on the fourth floor and from our balcony we could see the whales breaching, blowing, bringing their babies to the surface and fin's slapping on the water! Every morning we sat there with our coffee's. The location was central to so many beaches and shopping areas. The food trucks set up behind our condo were awesome, whatever you were craving to eat, it was there. The condo has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your vacation, beach chairs to wine glasses...we used the BBQ's out by the pool too. The pool was clean and warm to swim and the pool area had shade, to sit and read. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were super clean. The fold out couch was good to sleep on too! And Patty was available to help out if needed! She answered all questions we had for her. Bonus for us was having a phone in the condo - family from home called us some evenings. Thank you again!

Great location

For the most part unit was great, all things that you needed the unit had, including beach gear and a volleyball. There is a great convience store in the building in case you run out of anything. The downside of the unit, the shelving in the closet was very dusty so I only used the small treasures and hangered my shirts which was enough for me but may have not been if my wife was with me. Also the laundry machines were very old maybe 30 years old and they were small. But it did the job for just me and my son. For a family of 4 it would have required many loads and time to complete the family's laundry. Other than that the pictures of the view was accurate and it is a very convenient location for beginner surfers to learn how to surf, the beach and many surf schools are directly across the beach, I recommend Surf Club Maui.

We will be back!!!

We (our family) stayed at Kihei many times at different places and this time around my wife for the first time ever did not complaint about accommodations, so that speaks for itself about the condition of the place. Patty deserves the highest personal compliment from me about her condo. Couple highlights: The place did not stink (bedding/towels) from laundry detergents /fabric softeners like most places do and non stinky detergents like all free and clear are offered to use (we usually bring our own just like that). Additional 5 stars just for that. We never use AC in Hawaii so we do not know if it would be adequate to AC the entire condo but definitely would work for bedrooms as there is one in each room. It has great cross ventilation+fans, so that is all you really need. Location is great as you are literally a walking distance from everything. Parking is available anytime of the day. Just a note to those who never staid at Kihei before. 99% of ocean front properties are located/facing east side of kihei road and that is a busy road. So, there is a trade off. If you want to have ocean view at any of those places you are going to get some sound from the road.

Perfect vacation rental

Everything about this condo is great. Free parking, across from the beach, short walk to the store and food truck… the list goes on. On site pool, friendly staff, grill on the property. A/c in all rooms which was great for us as Canadians. Loved the space and location! Thank you again!!
