  • Ma'alaea Surf, Unit E1 is a deluxe in every sense. E1 is a conveniently located ground floor unit, just steps away from the large pool and ocean. This unit is splendidly furnished and features AC, Wi-Fi, TV, kitchen, 2 outdoor pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, parking, BBQ areas and washer/dryers in guest laundry rooms on property.

    Enjoy ocean front outdoor living on your large private patio (lanai). The beautiful beach fronting the property offers not only spectacular views but also outstanding swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking and are perfect for leisurely walks or jogs. The maximum occupancy in this unit is 6. All units at Ma'alaea Surf are non-smoking, anywhere in the unit or on property.

    Our property is NOT impacted by the recent news regarding potential short-term rental (STR) restrictions in Maui. Because we are zoned as a hotel property, we are exempt from the County of Maui's proposed STR regulations.
