Just STEPS TO THE BEACH allows for WINDSURF, WHALE WATCHING in season, and be on the look out for majestic SEA TURTLES as you stroll the beach. Enjoy magnificent sunsets. The host was very responsive and helpful with all our questions.. The location of Maui Sunset places you within 15 minutes of the finest restaurants to the south and excellent beaches. To the north you are only 10 minutes from the harbor. The condo is well kept, clean, and user friendly. The property reminds me of a few Old World Florida places we have stayed. The property is immaculately kept. This morning we watched the staff wipe down snd clean every lounger around the pool. The entire grounds is surrounded by perfectly groomed tiff green grass. It really is amazing. We ate several dinners at the high end hotels but we were always happy to get back to our Maui Sunset condo! You should go!

Great location and property

Loved being right on the beach and enjoyed the well kept grounds, pool and nearby pickle ball. Had a nice view from the lanai and the unit was just as advertised. Our host was extremely responsive. Would come back again.

Relaxing vacation!

We normally stay in West Maui but because of the fires decided to stay in Kihei. Both the condo and the property were just what we were looking for! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated with all the amenities you would need for your home away from home. We like to relax when we go to Maui and having a nice place to stay and hang out is a must for us and Kerry's condo was perfect. Kerry was more than accommodating and responded to messages before and during our stay right away. The property is gorgeous, the grounds are very well maintained, they have lawn games you can borrow at no charge such as cornhole, lawn bowling, shuffleboard, etc. They even have a little herb garden for guests to use who want to cook at home or use the BBQ's. They had live music on Tuesday evening which due to the perfect location of the condo, we were able to enjoy from our lanai. If the trades are up, be sure to catch the wind surfers from the beach! Thanks again Kerry for a wonderful stay.... see you next year!

Beautiful Condo, Wonderful Owner!

The condo & grounds were perfect! The owner was very easy to be in touch with & she answered all of my questions! I highly recommend this condo & will definitely be back to stay here! I give 10 stars out of 5! (I did give 5 but I don’t see where it reflects the score).

Prefect vacation.

The place, the view, the grounds were perfect! The owner was available for any questions (we had one and got any immediate answer). The condo came equipped with all the necessitates. It was a great place for a vacation!

Great times in Kihei

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Kelly’s place in Kihei. The apartment is very spacious and extremely well equipped. We were comfortable as a party of 4 with our 2 grownups kids. The 2 bathrooms have also helped here. We appreciated the beach chairs and well appointed kitchen. The condo is also really nice with neat and clean common grounds setup with a nice pool and BBQs. More lights around the dining area would be great. We highly recommend and would return with no hesitation.

Heavenly

The grounds at the Maui Sunset are gorgeous & manicured to perfection. So many palm trees make this property very beautiful! The view from the lanai of the condo is fantastic with the pool in direct sight surrounded by the palms & tiki torches lit at night give that added tropical flair! The ocean is a short walk at the end of the property & is great for walking the beach early in the morning & watching beautiful sunsets in the evening. The condo is updated with a nice kitchen & nice living room furniture. There is a 65 inch TV in the living room, but we never turned it on. My niece slept on the couch with a hideaway bed & she stated it was very comfortable & she rested well on it. The Maui Sunset resort is centrally located & is very easy to go anywhere on the island. We stayed eight days & it definitely wasn’t long enough. We would without a doubt stay there again in a heartbeat!

Lovely place to stay

We really enjoyed Ed's condo in Kihei. The space and grounds were beautiful. The condo was well-equipped, quiet and within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. It's a great town to stay in because it has everything you need and it's pretty easy to get to the east or west side of the island from there. The condo beachfront was so nice.. I walked to the south and saw sea turtles on the sand every morning.
