Great location and view!

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. Beach access was very close and easy and the views were awesome! AC cooled the unit quickly and parking was plentiful.

Loved this place. It was in a a perfect location (right by the beach) and the unit itself overlooked the ocean at sunset. Very clean and comfortable place for a couple.

Great for Kihei

We have always stayed at Maui Vistas but this was our first stay in this unit. Had everything needed and a great view of the ocean from the balcony. Bed was comfy too!

Maui Vista vacation

My husband and I stayed at this condo for two weeks in February 2025. We thought it was well stocked and very clean. we really enjoyed that items provided to take to the beach like chairs and an umbrella. We had a view of the ocean and we could walk across the street to the beach . The location was great and we could walk to many activities. The street noise was a little loud while sitting out on the lanai. We personally didn’t mind it. The only downfall is the bedroom is a little dark and it was hard to get to all the outlets. Overall, this was a great condo and I would recommend it.

We have stayed at this complex (but not this unit) many times before. It's the perfect location - across the street from the beach and just a few blocks away from the restaurants and stores.

Clean , beautiful condo. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Quiet clean building. I would agree with other reviews the bed was a little too soft but everything else was fabulous.

Comfortable and Convenient

Second time we have stayed here. Property in excellent condition and managers were accessible, pleasant and helpful. Several dining options close by and central location makes it easy to get to any place on the island. Will be back.

Great stay in Kihei

Our stay here was very pleasant and we were very fortunate to be able to stay here. Check-in and communication were seamless. The location is very central and parking here was easy. Clean, spacious, and has all the essentials, and more! My wife and I would definitely love to rent this comfortable condo if we were to visit Maui again in the future!

Good location

What a beautiful experince, The area was perfect, across from Kam 1 beach, and if a person didn't want to rent a car they wouldn't need to, stores for groceries,shopping, restaraunts are all with in walking distants. We had a beauiful view from the room, we watched sunsets and enjoyed the clean grounds of the condo.the owner was very helpful and available by phone. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice condo!

The condo is very nice and clean. They have beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler that you can use at the beach. There’s a beach nearby and good restaurants in the neighborhood (all walking distance away).

Great condo close to great beach

Very good condo close to Charlie Young beach. Well stocked kitchen, great bed and sheets, beach chairs, etc. The only downside is the noise from the road when windows are open or sitting on lanai. Otherwise, excellent.

Home away from home

This was our second visit to Maui and stay at Maui Vista. The location is perfect, walking distance to beautiful beaches, restaurants and stores. The condo was super comfortable and clean, and very well appointed. We had a fantastic view of the ocean from the balcony, which did, however, come at the cost of street noise. The resort is very well managed, clean and quiet at night. We loved our stay!

Everything you need

Great location. Very clean and well stocked for 2 people during a 10 day stay. If there are more people or staying longer you will need to get more supplies. Everything is there for trips to the beach and all is in good shape. Very pleased with our stay. If I had a complaint it would be the checkout time is pretty early and makes for a long wait at the airport. Cheers.

So close to the beach!!

The condo was perfect!! Everything was nice and clean, the AC and fans felt great and shower had hot water! The condo has a view of the ocean and one of the pools. You seriously just walk across the street to the beach and everything else is walking distance as well. We will definitely be back!!!

Condo is updated, clean and well stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards etc. View was great and as advertised. Building 1 faces busy Kihei road but we were not at all bothered by it. Mgmt was extremely responsive to any questions. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

Beautiful setting - ocean front!

This is a great way to experience the beauty of Hana. We had a week to explore, play, and relax. The house needs a little upkeep and attention, but the property manager Susie and her husband Tony were so easy to work with and so helpful! Their kindness and info about the area made our time there even more special! Mahalo to them!!

Great location and beautiful condo

Perfect location-right in the middle of everything you need. The updated Condo just like photos-very nice and had everthing one would need. Nice features are the beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels provided. Nice that its the closest building to the beach-but that means road noise does occur. Only bothered us if trying to listen to the TV in the evening. Would stay here again and hope we can!
