Ocean Views 2BR, Ground Floor and A/C! Ekolu 1405!

Conveniently located on the ground floor, you can soak in the ocean view while relaxing on a chaise lounge chair on the lanai while watching the sunset!. The large private lanai off of the living area has an adjacent lawn area. The lanai offers plenty of outdoor seating to watch the incredible sunset! Privacy sunscreens help to keep it cool and make the space your own little oasis on Maui.

This tropical 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo offers a beautiful space to relax and enjoy your Maui vacation with the family, or just as a couple looking for a getaway. The condo offers a split system AC in all rooms.

The primary bedroom showcases a King bed with an en suite bathroom featuring a private door. The 2nd primary also features an en suite bath as well as a King that can be converted to 2 Twins upon request! Both primary bedrooms have their own private lanais perfect for your morning coffee or sips while stargazing.

When you think of Hawaii you imagine awe-inspiring views, amazing sunsets and the natural beauty of the wild Blue Pacific. These sights are a daily pleasure from the comfort of your own private lanai and living area! You may also see Whales during the Winter season too!

Great location and convenience!! This beautifully appointed home situated on the Fairway of Wailea's elite Blue Golf Course allows you to take advantage of special golf rates offered to guests. Walk along the Ekolu walkway pass to the World's Top Beaches, The Shops at Wailea, Five Star Hotels, casual to fine dining restaurants and more.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.Other things to notePlease note: Upon confirming your reservation, we will request your personal email address. A company specific rental agreement will be emailed to the provided address. Jeremiah and Tyra in guest relations were so nice to address any issues.Overall, the condo was very peaceful, tranquil, comfortable in all amenities, well supplied kitchen. I would come back and rent longer. Loved the location, close to the Wailea Shops and restaurants along the way just walking down the hill

Overall the stay was good. The sink in the master bath doesn’t drain :-(. It took a very long time for minimal amount of water to drain. We even tried plunging the sink but it didn’t help

Family Recharge

This was the first time we brought our son to Hawaii. We were very pleased with the location and quality of the condo. I would recommend updating the listing as we found more amenities stocked than advertised which led us to unnecessarily rent items from a local service (i.e. a pack n play, beach chairs, etc.)

Great location and beautiful sunsets from the patio

The condo is extremely well maintained and had everything we could possibly need for the week. It is close to many beaches and the snorkeling was fantastic. Many good options and nearby grocery store.

As advertized

This property was exactly as advertised. It was well furnished and was close to shops. Not a wakable distance to the beach but it doesn't matter because the fun is to try different beaches every day and this requises a car anyway.

Beautiful Wailea

Very nice property.

Condo is well decorated and very comfortable, well equipped. Close to pool, literally across the sidewalk. Just two suggestions: a make-up mirror needs to be included and some small bath soap for the shower. There is hand and dish soap. Wanted to shower after our flight but could not find any soap. Otherwise, we enjoyed our time in the condo.

This condo has it all!

There was nothing missing from this condo. There was just about everything you would need during your stay. We loved sitting out on the lanai with our morning coffee and in the afternoon watching the sunset. The location is only minutes away from the Shops at Wailea and nearby beaches. The only issue we had was not being able to run the blow dryer and AC at the same time. Other than that, everything was perfect.

séjour entre amis très agréable

La maison est très bien équipée pour quatre personnes. Endroit très calme avec une magnifique vue du patio, malgré la distance de la mer. Un peu loin de Kihei pour la nourriture. Endroit parfait pour les golfeurs. La maison semble assez propre puisque nous n’avons pas eu d’insectes, comparativement à d’autres endroits à Hawaii. Cependant, le ménage avant notre arrivée n’était pas extraordinaire (plancher pas lavé, nourriture en dessous des fauteuils de salon). Malgré ce dernier point, j’y retournerais sans hésitation.

Perfect location.

We loved this property! The yard space off the Lanai was perfect for our 2.5yr old to play in. There were plenty of beach chairs and towles for us to use. The only knock we had was the drapes could use an update. All in all we would recommend to others.
