Quiet, Private Paradise M208 steps to the tropical pool and tennis court

Be our guests at Beautiful Maui Kamaole, located at the border of Wailea across from KamaloeBeach III. Our Condo is located in the newest part of the Maui Kamaole Resort, steps to the tennis courts and the tropical lava pool and a sand bottom jacuzzi. Spacious and up to date, impeccably maintained and with all the ammenities of home. Our condo is equally suited for families or romantic newlyweds. The master is quiet, romantic and cozy. The second bedroom is perfect another couple, children or both.

Conveniently located in M building, you will be close to everything you want to do. Your comfort is our highest priority. This is a true TWO bedroom, upstairs unit with a loft. It is very quiet, no traffic sounds or noise coming from above, just peace and tranquility. The private master suite has a king-sized bed, a full bath with double sinks and oversized shower. The second completely private bedroom, has a king-sized bed that can be converted to two single beds with an additional single bed and a full bathroom. There is also has a wireless printer for your use and a 32 inch smart t.v. Both bedrooms have private lanais. High efficiency air conditioning will keep you as cool as you want to be and it's as gentle as a hawaiian breeze. If you prefer a more natural island experience, each room has a ceiling fan to keep you cool. A nicely appointed kitchen awaits you. Thoughtfully furnished with your comfort in mind, your stay will be a pleasure. A washer and dryer in the condo contribute to the convenience of your stay. High speed wireless internet is at your fingertips just waiting for your laptop! The living/dining room is a large, open great-room with vaulted ceiling, plenty of light and a big sectional to stretch out on.

The spacious lanai has beautiful green belt views with a tiny peak at the ocean and views of the west maui mountains. Directly across the street and a short stroll through tropically landscaped grounds is Kamaole Beach Park III, one of Maui's loveliest beaches. Walk to Wailea beaches from here or the shops as Wailea. Championship golfing is very convenient at Wailea and Makena courses.

We have never had such a great vacation apartment. The apartment is so cozy and everything has been thought of. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are bathing suits for the kids. And the apartment is very clean. The residential complex is perfect, very quiet and with a pool and tennis court, which is amazing. The apartment is in a perfect location as a starting point. Enjoyed staying at Tom and Angie’s place! Perfect location. Perfect amount of space. Very comfortable. Right next to the tennis courts and one of the swimming pools was right around the corner. Plenty of beach chairs and snorkel gear to use! Short walk to the beach and near lots of restaurants. We will definitely be back!!

I was a great place for our family of 5. The beds were comfy and the owners were very receptive and responded right away. The beach gear and golf equipment was awesome. Perfect Location

This was really a great place to stay. The rooms and bathrooms were all equipt with what you needed. There were just a few things that could have been cleaner - but overall, really lovely. They thought of everything you could need to take to the beach - even had a shoe caddy behind the door so you didn't have to clutter the space. Had rons, and blow dryers incase you needed them.

Excellent property in Paradise!

Our stay in Tom and Angie’s condo was amazing. The listing was totally accurate and perfect for our family. We knew we weren’t right on the beach but the condo grounds were absolutely beautiful. One of the pools was just around the corner from us and easy for our teenage children to be at without us. The condo kitchen was fully stocked for our use. The condo also had all of the beach furniture and toys we needed. Angie was quick to respond to all of my emails prior to our stay and while we were there. I would highly recommend this property for any other family looking for a place in Paradise.

Loved our stay!

We had a great time staying at this property. It was clean and well equipped for our young family. Our only issue was with keeping the kids quiet so we didn’t disturb the neighbours below us as sound seemed to travel very easily from our unit to the below. Other than that, we had an excellent trip and would stay here again!

Wonderful Vacation Space

We were very pleased with the space that the Malpass’ provided for us to stay in. It was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. They were very easy to communicate with, and they provided a lot of what was needed to make one feel as though they were at home. Thank you very much!

Spacious, clean, and comfortable

Our stay was wonderful. Everything was clean. Well stocked beyond what we expected. The couch, beds, and pillows were all comfortable. It was nice to be close to the action but the townhouse was very quiet. We were so pleased. We would definitely come back again.

Great stay

It was my wife and I along with our 16 year old, 13 year old and our 9 year old children and we really enjoyed the condo and the resort. We loved that it was close to one of the beaches and some great restaurants. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area

Nice condo but not walkable to stores/beach/restaurants

The location is great as prefer S Kihei and close to best beaches. The pool was just around corner of condo and quite nice. Nice big deck downstairs but hot in afternoon. Upstairs deck not usable w/ hot a/c air blowing. The biggest downside was the stairs to get into condo & upper BR. Knew there were stairs but didn’t realize how many/how steep. In shape but hard taking suitcases up/down & tired after day at beach. You can’t just walk to beaches, restaurants, etc like you can most condos in area. Unit is located near top of steep hill so had to drive everywhere. We had family of 5 staying here including 3 y.o. who got up early. We could hear everyone downstairs from upstairs bedrm (closed off by sliding shutters) even if they just coughed. My granddaughter was pretty quiet but know your group if that will work for you. Lots of beach toys, snorkel, boards etc. all stocked in deck closet. My son and dtr-in-law both said they enjoyed their stay but concerned that stove knobs turned the stove on with slightest of bump if near it. 1st time, it burned a pizza box sitting on it. We smelled it quickly but stove got turned on high several times during stay without pushing any knobs. We were then hyper-vigilante to check it before leaving kitchen and not let toddler go in. There should be sign in kitchen warning of this. They should replace it as oven doesn’t display temperature either & also old shag carpet. We found ants in shower downstairs bathrm last night, coming from fan.

We love Maui Kamaole!

Our family enjoyed the peace and beauty of the Maui Kamaole grounds. We love the nearby beaches and great food options. The condo location was at the back of the development, right next to the tennis courts and a minute from the upper pool. We enjoyed tennis (rackets and balls at the condo) and utilizing the beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkel gear. Even tried out the surfboard!

Wonderful family vacation

We had an extended family meet up in Maui and all stayed in condo units at Maui Kamaole. It was a perfect place to gather! This condo is bright, comfortable and spacious. It worked very well for our family. The upper pool area was where we spent the most time as it provides both sun and shade. The tennis courts were very nice as they have been redone recently and the surface is superb! The BBQ area next to the tennis courts worked very well to have our extended family meet up for communal dinners. The grounds, pools and BBQs are very well maintained. We will definitely return!

Maui Holiday

Our family planned this trip to celebrate Christmas and an early graduation trip for our oldest son. We had a fabulous time. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing and stress free holiday. Because the unit is at the very top, it was quiet and away from the busy streets. We LOVED the beautiful pool that was so close to our unit. We were comfortable and appreciated the well stocked kitchen. The unit was clean. A few suggestions? 1.The carpet, even with its dirt hiding color, had quite a few dirty spots. To be honest, we wore slippers most of the time because the carpet really didnt look clean. I know its a large expense, but new flooring, preferably not carpet, would enhance this condo tremendously! 2. A slightly heavier shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom. Its so thin that it blows inward toward you when showering. It drive me a little crazy until started pressing it down all around the tub to make it stay in place. 3. Theres absolutely no cupboard space provided for food storage. May I suggest you eliminate one of the entire shelves of wine glasses, because you have another shelf full of them and allow for some food space for our groceries? Really, you only need about 6 wine glasses. 4. The couch is comfortable, but used, and getting quite dirty on the arms and cusions. The condo is clean, but the carpet and couch make it feel dirty and not fresh. 5. Of coarse the AC went out and this was pretty aweful for our friends who stayed in the upstairs bedroom. Sleeping proved to be difficult. Thank you!

Amazing family vacation

Angie and Tom’s home is A+ perfect! We are a family of 5 and we were very comfortable in the space provided, even had another family of 4 join us for dinner one night and still had lots of space. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you’ll need to cook or to use if you decide to order in. The beds were comfy and allowed us to have a restful sleep. Angie is incredibly responsive if you have any questions or concerns during your stay. The pool area is lovely and provided a nice alternative to the nearby beaches. The location is perfect as you are less than 5 minutes away from Wailea and a very close drive to Kamaole Beaches 2 and 3. Also there are beach toys/equipment in the unit which was so convenient to have. All in all, highly recommend and this is a place we would definitely return to!! Thanks again Angie and Tom!

Everything and More

The condo was perfect. Comfortable and well appointed. We had everything we needed and more. Beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys were awesome. The property is centrally located on the island. Made exploring beaches around the island easy. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance… and of course the beach across the street. The owners were very quick to respond to emails and provided all the information needed for easy check in.
