Located in the prestigious Wailea resort community, The Palms at Wailea condo complex stands out as one of Maui's most elegant destinations. Our 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo (Unit #1603) has been custom remodeled and served as our personal home, making it a luxurious choice that surpasses typical Maui condo rentals.

Upon entering your Hawaiian sanctuary, you’ll find a beautifully designed space adorned with high-quality furnishings and exquisite decor, showcasing fine art and elegant accessories. The living areas feature Brazilian teak flooring, while the hallways and bathrooms are finished with Italian travertine stone flooring. Adjustable dimmable lighting throughout the condo allows you to set the perfect ambiance for any occasion.

The master bedroom includes a comfortable king size bed with a sturdy wooden frame and is decorated in warm colors. Ambient lighting and a ceiling fan enhance your comfort.

Enjoy the refreshing Hawaiian breezes that flow through multiple windows and sliding doors. For warmer days, two air conditioning units—one in the living room and one in the bedroom—are available.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with walnut and bamboo cabinets, granite countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances and cookware. It has everything you need to prepare meals, should you choose to dine in.

The condo is very private and is surrounded by lush tropical gardens. You can also catch glimpses of the ocean and mountains from the kitchen and the large L-shaped lanai.

For your enjoyment, we provide Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and snorkel gear. Complimentary assigned parking is also included.

For entertainment, you’ll find two smart flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, and high speed wireless internet. The Bose sound system in the living room allows you to stream music from your smartphone.

We take pride in our condo and aim to make your stay in Wailea enjoyable and memorable.

Great place to stay in Wailea!

We rented this condo together with two other condos in The Palm for our family reunion. The place was clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive. We would love to come back next time we visit Maui!

Great stay in Maui. Spotless condo that was extremely well stocked and nicely appointed. Rose thought of everything you’d need during your stay and ensured she had it at the condo. Great location in Wailea with beaches, shopping and restaurants all within walking distance.

The condo is absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. We were so impressed with the cleanliness and the fact that every detail was attended to. Rose and Mladen are the most gracious hosts. Amazing Property and Host

There is a reason this property has consistent 5 star reviews. We have stayed at the Palms on several occasions and Rose's unit is by far the best. She had everything we needed and then some. This property has all the amenities of a well stocked home, perfect for two or for entertaining. We had some last minute adjustments and Rose was willing and able to accommodate us which we greatly appreciated. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Stay

We absolutely loved this unit. It was beautiful, very clean and was stocked with every detail you could think of. I have stayed at a few VRBO's and none have been as well stocked as this one. The location is perfect it's a short walk down to the beach and then an easy walk all along the water up past the Four Seasons. The lanai was lovely to sit on in the morning you can see the ocean from it which was nice. Thank you for everything!

Gorgeous vacation spot

We have stayed at this unit twice now. It is by far our most favorite! It is stunning! Modern decor, very spacious, the bathrooms are large with updated showers, kitchen is big and fully stocked! The lanai is something from the movies! The view is breathtaking and very private.

Peaceful and beautiful space

Overall, the space was clean and spacious. The decor and artwork were beautiful and added to the peaceful energy of the space. The kitchen was well supplied space for cooking and preparing meals. The supplied shampoo in the shower smelled amazing. The bed was comfortable. We rested and slept quite well. A darker curtain might be helpful for an improved experience.

Beautiful Wailea condo!

We had such a relaxing stay at Rose’s impeccably maintained condo. The pictures don’t do it justice; it was spotless and probably the most well kept VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. It was very comfortable and you can tell how much pride the owners take in it. Excellent location (others have commented on the traffic noise, which you can hear when the doors are open) but it was silent at night. Great to be so close to the beach and to the hotels (if you didn’t feel like cooking). Anything you could ever want could be found in a drawer or cabinet e.g. shower gel, aluminum foil, champagne stopper - really, I couldn’t come up with anything other than food to buy. :-) Also, Rose was very helpful in providing suggestions on activities (read her pre-reads!) and was great at prompt communications. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Mahalo!!

Palms at Wailea 1603

We have stayed at several units in the Palms at Wailea complex. Unit 1603 is easily the best unit. It is very clean and well equipped with everything you need. In addition, Rose and Mladen are very responsive to any requests.

The condo had very high end decor and was very clean! The closest beach was a 10 minute walk which we visited multiple times on our stay. The beach chairs, umbrella and towels made the beach days very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay at this condo was absolutely fantastic! The space was beautifully updated and immaculately clean—truly one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. It was thoughtfully stocked with many essential items, making our visit incredibly comfortable and stress-free. The location was nice—within easy walking distance to gorgeous beaches, nearby resorts, and great shopping and dining options.
