"The stay in Maui was very nice and relaxing. The beach chairs and noodles were nice using at the beach and in the ocean. The place was clean and the amenities in the room were new and easy to use. The air conditioning kept us cool at night and easy to use. The only issue with the place was the other part of the a/c unit being on the patio made the patio warmer when you were sitting on it. Which we were instructed to keep the a/c off when opening the doors. We didn't get to experience the roof top because it was under construction. The host was very good at answering communications. I didn't feel like I had very good information from VRBO about getting checked in and some other minor details. Most of the questions, the host provided."

"This is a wonderful place to stay. The host Katie has created a truly special experience. The unit is full of special touches that make it unique. The decor is amazing. We found the furniture and the beds incredibly comfortable. The bathrooms are luxurious. The lanai is one of a kind with restful furniture, and the fan was a nice touch that made it always relaxing. We found ourselves wanting to spend more and more time there just enjoying the view of the beach and the water. The unit is well stocked with most everything you need, including amazing beach towels and chairs. We felt spoiled! Katie couldn’t have been more kind and thoughtful. Her communication was above and beyond. Just a great experience all around."

"We had a great stay at the condo! It's in a great convenient location. The place is clean and super quiet. The communications are great! The hosts are very considerate to our needs and supportive to my daughter's competition. We definitely recommend this place to visitors to Kihei!"

Fabulous Beachfront Property - Ground Floor Corner Unit Steps to the Beach!

"This has been one of the best experiences ever. We stayed here for 10 days and every day was better than the next. This unit was spectacular. It was clean. It was comfortable. It had every possible thing that was needed for our stay. The patio was amazing with amazing furniture. All the furniture in this place was wonderful and high-quality. The location was super easy. You can walk right out the back door to the pool, hot tub and beach. The grounds at this location are kept immaculate. Every morning at 5 AM the people are cleaning the pool and hot tub making sure the grounds are kept pristine. This is the most beautiful VRBO ever. The communication between the Host is perfect and I can go on and on, but this is the best place ever. I highly recommend it."

"Joe is a wonderful host and the condo met all our needs! Perfect location and seeing the turtles on the beach( to the right of the rock wall) daily was an added bonus! This beach was the best for beach combing. We even saw a monkseal in a protected area! The kitchen has the most supplies I’ve ever seen in a rental. The location was central to all the major spots."

"This unit has the most spectacular million dollar views from the 6th floor!!!! Just steps away from the beach and pool. A dream come true!! Unit was very clean, decorated well, all amenities provided including beach/pool items like towels, blankets, snorkel equipment and beach chairs. Location was great. Close to restaurants, groceries, beaches and roads to get around the island. Restaurants and groceries close by. We never cooked in the unit but everything was provided. Host was a great communicator and respectful and timely. The only negative for this time of year… there is no AC. That was our fault for not looking at the listing better. Depending on when you vacation, it may make a difference to you. We went in July… Warm and very windy season. In the evening, we opened the front and back doors so the wind could blow thru and cool off. Thankfully our daughter was in another unit with AC so we spent some time there but it really didn’t affect us much. Highly recommend this unit !!! I’d love to go back!!!"
