TROPICAL MAUI!!! Visit and stay in Comfort and Style...1b/2b

Maui Banyan complex and condo are located just a short walk to the Kamaole Beach Park II. This is one of South Maui's best Life Guarded Beaches.

The unit is fully furnished with all the comforts of your own personal home. Also includes amenities you will enjoy during your Maui vacation. Provided for guests use are beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, etc.

This beautiful property is in a private garden location and on the 2nd floor over looking the pool./garden area. Enjoy morning Kona coffee on your lanai (patio), accessible from private bedroom or living area. The complex provides a swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ grills and tennis courts.

A quick walk to enjoy the Maui fabulous sunsets, swimming/snorkeling or just soaking up the sun the Maui way (don't forget the sunscreen).

Around the corner you will find restaurants, shopping and all that beautiful South Kihei has to offer. A short drive you will be able to take your game to the championship golf courses in Wailea and Makena. We also have Elleair Golf Club in Kihei, which is only one mile from this complex location. So bring your game!

The wonderful one bedroom has a wonderful queen sized bed, dresser, private closet, for your evening slumber. The owner has provided a sofa sleeper in the living area for extra sleeping room. The dining table has seating for four, just located off the kitchen area.

The kitchen is a very open concept which makes the living area and kitchen a great place to mingle while preparing something to eat. All cooking utensils, dishware, flatware, dishwasher, are all provided for your use. The washer/dryer are in the condo for the convenience of washing your laundry, when needed.

The condo also provide guests with a Free Internet Service during your stay. Information is provided in the condo for ease of access.

Great Stay

Great easy walking access to beaches and services. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels very welcome additions. Pool view room was a little noisier than we prefer and bed is very soft - but neither being a disqualifier. We would stay in the complex and that room again.

Concern with door lock combo not being changed Kitchen cabinets very full, very little room for groceries. Wife unable to lock/unlock sliding doors - very heavy,awkward right side handle on closet doors about to fall off Process for parking not detailed - and it WAS required. Curtains need more/new hooks

Across the street from Kama’ole II, close to Cinnamon bun place, shopping, restaurants etc. somewhat noisy being near the pool (obnoxiously loud people in hot tub until 10pm)

Great location

Nice little condo! Could use a deep clean but overall not too bad. Location is great. Grounds are beautiful. Parking was a nightmare though. Never stayed in a condo in Maui that didn’t have an assigned stall

Great Vacation

We loved our stay at the Maui Banyan. The condo was clean, well stocked and close to beach, restaurants and shopping. It was very centrally located on the Island and super convenient. People were very nice and helpful. I would definitelystay there again.

Best Vacation

Everything was as described in the posting, it was clean and easy to access! Location is fantastic also. It was so nice to know we had a great place to sleep and eat so that we could focus on our vacation. Already panning our next trip back and will be booking our stay here again.

Great Stay!

This condo was perfect for our first vacation to Maui! We had plenty of room and the condo had all of amenities that we needed. Having the beach and shopping close by was very convenient. I would definitely recommend staying at the Maui Banyan resort!

Main bed could be replaced otherwise was a great place to stay.

Parking was not explained pre arrival which definitely would have made it easier especially for late arrivals. Also pool code now changed…. Would have been nice to have soap for washer especially as it is expected that you do at least the towels before leaving. We did most of the unit wash prior to leaving but had to provide our own soap. Was great to have washer/dryer in unit.

Great location and fully stocked

Enjoyed our stay. Reasonable price. Stocked well with lots of kitchen stuff, 2 beach chairs, 2 coolers, ice packs, plenty of Tp and garbage bags. Right across the street from the beach! 2 bathrooms with free parking. I would give it a 5 star. Bathrooms have obviously been updated recently. The one thing I would mention is that the AC was just ok it’s a window unit so it wasn’t the best. No AC in bedroom however the fan above the bed helped keep us cool at night.

Amazing apartment

The apartment is at amazing location and is better than in looks in pictures. Very well equipped, with 2 large bathrooms and a nice balcony surrounded by palm trees. It is a short walk to beautiful beach. I give it 5 stars and reccomend to everyone. Mahalo :)

Perfect location, great condo

We’ve stayed twice at the Maui Banyan and love the property, the warm pools, and the great location accross the street from the beach. The condo had everything that we needed and more. Very clean.

Great location, well equipped

The condo is in a great location. Near the front of the property so close to the beach. The only negative for me was the super soft mattress and sofa bed. Also the door between the bedroom and living room is see through so privacy is limited. But the condo is super well equipped with everything you need for the beach and the kitchen supplies were very good.

Fabulous location

This place was just right for the two of us. Two bathrooms, spacious bedroom, cute lanai, washer/dryer, dishwasher, beach necessities… perfect for a long or short stay. Directly across from Kam II - perf beach for playing and swimming. Close to Hawaiian moons and other groceries. Def recommend and we look forward to booking in here again for our next visit!.

Great accommodations

We do enjoyed our stay. The suite was perfect for us. There were extra things for us to utilize, i.e. wakeboards, beach chairs, etc. We so enjoyed our stay at your place and would love to rebook with you on our next trip to Maui.

Short but sweet

We had planned to stay for a week but unfortunately we needed to cut our visit short because of the coronavirus so we ended up staying only two nights. The apartment was comfortable and nicely done. It was only my wife and myself but with a second bathroom being there having 3 or 4 would not be a problem using the pull out couch. The rental agent rep was responsive and very accommodating given our situation although more than a week has passed and we haven’t seen the refund from VRBO. Also the staff on the grounds were helpful and friendly. The location is great. Across the street from the beach and walking distance to restaurants. I hope we have a chance to go back to Maui and this property soon.

I have stayed at the Maui Banyan several times and this property is very nice

The only thing this property needs is a new mattress way too soft and squishy I left a tatami mat and a boogie board to go with the existing 2 beach chairs and 2 ice chests! Mahalo

Best Vacation Rental - Ever!

I absolutely LOVED my stay at this condo. Perfect location, super cozy, and it had everything to make my stay super comfortable. It had some a very comfortable home-like feel to it. Loved every moment of it. Can't wait to stay in this condo and especially at the Maui Banyan again. Best value for money.

A very relaxing 3 weeks

As always VRBO did not fail provide an exact description of the facilities that we rented. It was comfortable, had all the amenities required ...we lacked nothing (except for a spatula for the barbecue). Facility had very comfortable bed... great TV.... Great appliances. Because of the foliage outside there was no need for any fans or air-conditioning during the three weeks where temperatures we're 29 everyday. If there were to be an improvement it would be securing a parking stall rather than spending the time hunting between three levels looking for a stall that was not reserved or full. Maui on the other hand has changed drastically in the last 3 years. We have been coming to the island since 1977 and while there was change ....nothing as dramatic as over the last 3 years. We noticed a jump in cost ends number of tourist in 2016/17. In 2017/18 we noticed a major increase in tourists due to the problems with weather in the Caribbean. This year that trend has escalated even more. Traffic is terrible -cost of food has gone Sky High -car rental costs are very high. Maui has now become a just another capitalist tourist trap. We're going to be looking for something different next year rather than Maui.
