The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good and fairly priced. The bar was more quiet than I expected. And breakfast was excellent. Parking close and very reasonable. And all of the shops and restaurants were right there. Would absolutely stay again

Very nice hotel directly in the middle of the town. Easy walk to everything. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the music and dessert at the Danny Mann right in the hotel. A kettle with tea and coffee was provided in the room. There was plenty of space for our luggage and the room was very clean. I would recommend staying if you are visiting Killarney.

Excellent location. We arrived early and they held our luggage for us, offered my daughter a space to get some work done in peace and quiet, and were all very friendly. Live music in the pub was a treat, and the only negative was the pub bartender who insisted his misogynistic jokes were appropriate and funny to another woman and myself.

We had a wonderful stay in a clean comfortable room. It was quiet (our room was not on the street side) and the ovation was terrific for wondering about town. The only thing to consider is clear notification that some rooms require you to use stairs and not all travelers are fully prepared for that.
