"Room was good, breakfast was minimal. Not a typical hotel breakfast. No eggs, meat. Cereal, pancakes and muffins. Okay, just not what we typically receive. "

"Rooms were dirty and smelled of stale smoke. We had ants in the bathroom and the shower curtain rod was falling down. I Askes to be moved to another room which they did without hesitation. But that room was also smelles of stale smoke and also was much cleaner. Will not be staying here on my next visit to Chattanooga"

"We stayed in room 3. My biggest complaint is the mattress. It needs to be replaced. I'm fairly sure I sank down a good 6 inches into it when I laid down."

"A Beautiful historical Hotel. Good drinks & friendly staff at their bar. The doorman, check-in staff & valet was well run & professional. Comfy beds, water pressure awesome in the shower, nice layout. Couldn’t get in the steak restaurant due to a buy out."

"Very dirty and loud! We had two towels in the bathroom, both were filthy and had visible handprints all over them. The shower stopped working halfway through and wouldn’t drain. There was noise all night (cars, people, etc.). And the curtains didn’t block nearly enough light! It was bright all night from the street lamps. I can get over the other things but the filth of the room and towels really grossed me out! "
