"I can only rate the section of hotel that we were put in which was an added on building. We wete highly disappointed yo not be in the main building. Our area had a sewage smell that was terrible. We had to leave the patio door open. As a result, we had the sound of people rolling their luggage through the pathway right behind our patio at all hours. On a good note, we loved the area. Nice area for walking and exploring. "

"Everything runs electrically. Can be a problem when a fuse blows or something needs to be reset. The elevators are also purely electric and challenging as they only provide one elevator at a time so if twenty people need to go down the wait could literally be 20 minutes for the system to figure things out. The location is superb. Ten steps to the U4 underground as well as shopping and restaurant center literally in the same building. Walls are thin but if you sleep heavy you are good. Almost all staff were friendly and helpful. It rained and snowed during my stay so I did not use the air conditioning. The heat was not fabulous. It maxed out at around 68F. I would definitely stay there again with the understanding to bring certain items that were not provided and leave extra time for the elevator inconvenience. There are no stairs available to go between floors. They are locked and only opened in case of fire. "

"This is a perfect location to stay for great transport links. The staff were extremely helpful and the bed was comfortable to fall into after a day exploring the sights."

"They should offer a bottle of water or two of 500ml. It cost them nothing. I arrived late and needed water but could not find some in the room late night. "

"The room and facilities are exceptionally clean, and the staff is very supportive. You also get 24/7 access to the mini gym. It’s a couple of minutes’ walk to the underground train station, and there is a mall nearby. Schönbrunn Palace is within walking distance. We were really satisfied with our stay, it’s great value for money."

"The staff are friendly. Clean room and have a billard room and game room where you can you 24/7. The place is near on public transport connect to the city and near to the airports. Room is air conditioned which is very nice on summer.Highly recommended "
