"One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in Atlanta. Loved the room, pool, gym, and Moonlight rooftop. Location on the Beltline in the Old Fourth Ward is second to none. "

"I originally thought my quilt had mildew stains, so i left a comment. The next day, Brian (a manager) came to my room personally with brand new quilts in the packaging, and explained that when the feathers in the quilt wear down, they give the appearance of stains by clumping up. These were supposed to have been removed from service, but fell through the cracks.
He apologized promptly for my stress, and Ellie from housekeeping changed the whole bed. Having been in management most of my working life, i really appreciated the personal touch. I have never had a bad experience with a Hilton property, and it is because of swift reponses with resolution like Brian provided"
