The room was nice, however was treated as though I was bothering staff when checking in. La Quinta also has an overly extensive online check-in process which includes scanning my ID, estimating time of arrival, signing hotel policy forms, and providing detailed credit card information. And although check-in is until 12:00am, and having given an estimate online of 11:00pm(only half hour increments provided), arrived at 11:05pm and was treated poorly at check-in also having to duplicate providing ID, having them scan my credit card, and signing the same hotel. Policy form I had signed online. When I mentioned I had already provided my credit card online for incidentals, while handing him my credit card, he seemed annoyed with me like they hear this all the time. This is my first time staying at a LaQuinta. Due to the non-welcoming nature of check in and spending unnecessary time checking in twice, this is also my last time staying at a LaQuinta.
