The Meadow House is your haven for rejuvenation. Awaken in a cozy queen bed, ready for a day exploring local gems. Wander scenic trails, visit rivers, or explore nearby towns like New Braunfels, San Marcos, or Seguin. For city vibes, reach Austin or San Antonio in 45 minutes. Create a meal in our outdoor kitchen with local ingredients, then return to your 216 sq ft tiny house with modern amenities.

The mini kitchenette includes a fridge, sink, coffee maker, and microwave. Outside, relax on your private patio or explore our common area. Dive into the new pool, stargaze from the hot tub, and enjoy games like Corn Hole. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen features a gas grill, 2 charcoal grills, and more.

Keep in mind that this location is nestled in a rural setting where wildlife coexists. Be aware of the presence of fire ants, bees, scorpions, snakes, coyotes, hogs, and more that share this land with us. These are creatures you might encounter or hear outdoors, not inside. On occasion a hornet, ant, scorpion, grasshopper, etc. may make their way into the house. No refund will be given.

Peaceful and close with nature

Our stay was very relaxing. It's a great place to take your children too. It's a nice distance from the city. I recommend if you're looking to get away from reality and disconnect from technology!

Adorable tiny house

Cute place to stay. We were vendors at the thump for the first time and this was 20 mins away. It was a very peaceful place, especially when coming in late. The owners were very welcoming.

Cottage was perfect! Getting there going thru made u worry.

Neighbors’ junk cars with grass growing out of them, grass so tall the garage was of no use. None of that was shown in the ride there. Almost cancelled but too late. Once there and saw cabin it was fine.

Great getaway!!

This is the cutest tiny house! But don't let tiny fool you, it had plenty of space and everything you could need. The host were super nice and friendly. They built everything themselves, I hope we get to see the finished project later. The pool was so nice and refreshing. It was quiet and cozy out in the country, yet close to everything we needed.
