We are available by email, text, phone, or can be available in person if need be. This property is on excellent open water of the Colorado River, easy to boat right off the dock.

Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.

In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

DOG Friendly with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet with a 2 dog limit under 80lbs. We will also require a signed Pet Agreement as well as a copy of the current vaccinations.

All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.

Perfect Getaway

The home was exactly as described. It was the perfect getaway for our family! Wi-Fi worked great for virtual school and proximity to state parks and great fishing was wonderful for relaxing and getting outdoors!

Nice quiet little spot right on the water

Great place for a couple or small family. We brought our boat and kept it in the covered slip. It made access to the water very convenient during our stay. Place was small but clean and comfortable with everything we needed.

Nice quiet stay

Nice little place on a quiet little cove. Brought my boat and docked it there. For the stay so I could fish in the mornings. Worked great for that as its covered and blocked from the wind. Place was clean and enjoyable.

Convenient for nearby state parks`

This property was very clean and great location for surrounding state parks . The dog run and desk gates were very help for those who travel with pets. It is small, but really all we needed. Enjoyed very much!

Beautiful and Relaxing!

The house was as cute as a button and had literally everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful, and the deck was large and shaded by beautiful old oak trees. The cove was quiet and we enjoyed swimming in it every day. Highly recommend!

Great location and views!

Had a fun Memorial Day Weekend at this gem! The house was clean and cozy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved having dinner on the patio and sitting in the lounge chairs watching boats go by. We brought our boat so the dock was very handy and had plenty of room to hang out and fish. We loved that we were in a calm cove just off the main channel, perfect location. We will definitely be back!

Top notch place

Place was clean, and was exactly as the website indicated, maybe even better. The rental company was great. Went over and beyond to ensure a great stay. The community boat launch was under construction so my lease agent found a place for me to launch my boat. First class service and property. We’ll be back!

I loved the house! Small and cozy, my stay mates however felt we needed more space👎🏼. Only thing was that the water right off the dock had yucky seaweed that made it uncomfortable to swim there. Other than that we had a wonderful stay!

The grounds are very pretty and comfortable with the nice shade trees that keep the sun away. It would be a little tight for a family with anything other than small children, but otherwise comfortable. The blinds in the bedroom don't block much sun so bring a sleep mask if you plan to sleep in a bit. Why not the 5th star? The surrounding neighborhood left something to be desired and there really was no place to go for a nice morning walk. Bottom line.... great place for a couple to get away for a few days.

Great little place!!!

We have a great time during our weekend trip. The property was fantastic. Small, but all done correctly! The outside deck in the shade, the concrete boat ramp, the boat dock, the grassy yard... all were just great! Only 2 things I would say... if you have a boat and jet skis, as we do, you better be darn good at backing and turning them around and parking them in the driveway. It's a single lane road and a super tight turn in and out of drive. The other, and this has nothing to do with the owner, the cove is infested with hydrilla and needs to be dredged. The boat managed it ok in and out, but the skis didn't. The intake grate had to be cleared by hand every time we got to the main body of the lake. Not a deal breaker for sure. Too bad this stuff is now in LBJ. Overall, a great little place to stay. PS... Can you imagine how cool it would be if that screaned portch was turned into a master with bath? :-)

Hidden Harbor visit

Wonderful stay. Very relaxing. Grandkids loved the experience, especially fishing off the dock. Only challenge was getting our boat in and out of parking area. Turning around is a real challenge. We will stay here again.

Much needed mini vacay

Really enjoyed the stay. The house was very clean and well maintained. Small but enough room for the wife, puppy and me. Very nice covered boat dock/slip in a good location on the river. Only issue I had was not checking out the drive in location better. Only a one lane dead end road to get to the house. Not a good road for a new longbed truck and a 21' boat. Other than that everything was great.

Great place for a relaxing lake weekend

My boyfriend, 2 dogs and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend and enjoyed every minute of it! Great location in a quiet cove, relaxing dock and back porch and all the necessary amenities. Will definitely come back!
