Haven Hotel

"We had such a lovely stay at the Haven Hotel. The location is stunning & you feel like you could be anywhere in the world. The room we stayed in had an amazing view, a comfy bed & a big bathroom. The only slight negative if we had to find one would be that the shower wasn’t very powerful. The outdoor pool was great & everywhere was very clean. It was great to have easy parking onsite. The hotel breakfast was lovely with a wide variety of choice & all members of staff we had contact with were very polite, friendly & couldn’t do enough to help make our stay wonderful. The Haven Hotel is very peaceful as long as you don’t mind the sounds of the sea & the chain link ferry soothing you to sleep. The stunning views extended to the bar area & the restaurant. We will definitely be back - thank you for a brilliant stay!"

Sandbanks Hotel

"Our room was in the newer part of the hotel, with a good size room and balcony overlooking the beach. A big bed, very firm and clean. Bathroom was a little dated and well worn, but clean. You can’t beat the location of this hotel, literally a couple of steps down from the terrace and you are on soft sandy beach with amazing views. We also used the pool, it’s small and again dated, but clean and has a lifeguard on duty during opening hours. Breakfast is a generous selection from buffet full English to continental pastries, fruit, yoghurt and the conveyor toasters! Sure to delight the kids. We also had their “pizza on the beach” cooked outside on the terrace until 5pm. There’s not a huge selection of places to eat within walking distance, so the catering here is popular and not horrendously priced. Absolutely recommend for a couple of days at the beach for families."

"I really felt welcoming the staff are very friendly, didn't feel uncomfortable at all, the only thing I didn't like was although we didn't need to check out until 11am the cleaner was knocking on our door at 10.25am and we was trying to get the kids ready to leave."

Royal Bath Hotel

"We recently stayed at the Royal Bath Hotel and had a very positive experience overall. Our room (170) was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and everything we needed, including a kettle with tea and coffee, a fan ( as there is no air conditioning), an ironing board with an iron and a hairdryer. The blackout curtains were also a great feature and helped us sleep well. The hotel has a lovely old-English charm, and the main bar is wonderful. The location is definitely one of its biggest highlights, steps way from the Pier- hard to beat! During our stay, the swimming pool was unavailable, but the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi were open and enjoyable. The staff were kind and helpful, and we appreciated that they looked after our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The only disappointment, but small thing, was the full breakfast. I felt could offered a wider selection, particularly fresh fruit and few more options. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily return to this hotel."

Village Hotel Bournemouth

"Great stay. Customer service is on another level. Staff are unbelievably friendly and helpful. Bedroom was large, bed was comfortable, shower was powerful. Large TV, quiet and room stayed a nice temperature. Dinner was ok and breakfast was excellent. Gym is not exclusive to hotel guests, however for £5 you can use gym, steam room, sauna, hot tubs and vast pool. Only a few very minor dislikes; room felt a bit sparse as very little furniture, access to Tesco is bit of a pain and £10 to park. -Pretty sure I will be back next time I’m in. Bournemouth!"

Fairhaven Hotel

"Lovely greeting by staff, clean, well proportioned rooms, nicely decorated room, bathroom good. Parts of the building could do with a freshen up but right on the seafront, near town, shops, restaurants. Didn’t try the food but attentive bar staff made my drink how i wanted it."
