This is a very basic student residence room, There were very few if any amenities. Happily the twin beds were very comfortable. A full size fridge was in the room. However the bathroom needs complete upgrading. The toilet was quite old and small, low to the ground and had a crack in it. There were several towels and face cloths and Kleenex provided, There was a tiny shower. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

some great no frills accomodation on campus i was there for an interview, so made sense to camp out there overnight of the two beds one had a decent pillow, one had a small one like other reviews note.... so i had two and it was fine. :) -bed was comfy the ac kept the room moderately cool , which was good enough the shower was like a firehose , which was great.

The listing is extremely misleading, it is the st Lawrence college dorm rooms. It was super dirty, beds were 2 inches of bad foam over springs digging into your body. Carpet was dirty, tiny shower with no amenities. We ended up leaving within 5 mins and finding another hotel last minute. The staff was nice and gave us the number ti call for a refund. Important to note that the pics in the listing is wrong, you’re staying in a college dorm rooms on terrible beds. 0/10

Staff were superb. Helpful, knowledgeable about the place and the city surrounds and sites. Recommend this place to anybody. Nearby bar for drinks and eats 10-15 mins walk. Parking fees but they won't kill you! Top class 10/10

I have stayed in your facilities before in other cities in Canada and for the cost its all good! This may be a small thing, but the toilet seat was not connected to the toilet and the paper was behind on the wall so to reach for it, the toilet seat would slide off, it was comical and uncomfortable at the same time. one time it almost did slide right off. When we checked out I did mention it to the gal at reception and she said she would mention it to maintenance. I do enjoy staying at the residence and this is a small thing but I thought I would mention it. Thank you for a comfortable stay. Debbie Johnson

The room was clean, the best was confortable. But as I know, it's a Room use by students. They don't necesserly care about the Room.The Grudge have Mark on. On the wall, we can see that they have put posters. But for sleeping it's all ok. The employés were super cool. They let us use the Little Room with the table for Play pool. It was a Nice place to stay and I go there each year. It's convenaient and close to the event I go.
