"This was my 2nd stay at the hotel. It turned out to be a lot bigger than I thought when I first stayed. The bathroom of the room I stayed in was spacious and the hot water was ample. Room itself was als quite spacious with ample sockets and a comfortable bed. My only de-merit as it were, was that there were some scratches on the door which detracted from the overall look of the hotel. It was almost as if there was some recent not quite finished repair work. I would definitely still stay at the hotel again. It was good value for money especially in a city like London where hotel prices can be quite expensive."

"Was a gift for my son in laws birthday they enjoyed their stay loved the massage and pool.. only negative is it says english breakfast but when my daughter requested an add on for breakfast she was told they only cater for indian breakfast and if she wanted an english breakfast ect there was a cafe across the road which she did use, Overall they loved their stay but maybe if an english breakfast is not available they shouldnt advertise ."

"The bar was closed for refurbishment and we only found out a couple of days before the trip. They allowed us to use the member area but it did mean drinks etc were limited to what was bottled. It was also very small so very loud when it started to fill up. The room we were in was in another building which we got lost trying to find, a map would have been helpful. The room was small but clean. The floor did creak loudly no matter where you stood which was annoying for us but imagine worse for the people below. We booked a standard room and won’t do that again. Will only go back when the refurb is complete "
