From the warm welcome to our final day, everything exceeded our expectations, I would rate it a perfect 10.The villa was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped, it truly felt like home. The surrounding landscape was lush and vibrant, and the peaceful ambiance made it easy to relax. Our generous host even shared fresh fruits and produce, which deeply touched us.We jokingly said the only thing missing was Angostura Bitters! "Nice harbor hotel , great staff, nice room and the sister hotel plantation house stunning. Dont expect full entertainment. This is a place where you enjoy luxury in a very peaceful surrounding. Really beautiful properties. As a hotelier myself i have to say sweet very friendly staff, great food but logistic training is missing, efficiency as there is far to much staff in the restaurant in low season but again if it fits the company in turnover no need to let them go and keep structure alive as long they are aware that they have then a great boss then. "I love this hotel. The rooms are nice although they are currently renovating some, the food is good and grounds are beautiful filled with fruiting trees, unlike the US. Any challenges you might encounter will be addressed as swiftly as possible. I've already booked for my vakay next year. "
