"I would not recommend this resort to families at all. We paid a good price to stay here and the water park which was set to open at 9am was still not open at 11. A visiting family told us that they had been there for 3 days and this has happened to them each day. The room was filthy! Hair on all of our bedsheets, hair, dirt and crumbs behind each bed, wet sheets for the pull out couch in the dresser with no blankets. Microwave was filthy, stuff splattered all over.
