Have full array of services and food. Astonished to be so new and clean for 10+ years everytime we stay. Onsen and massage opened till 11pm thanks vm!

Checking in and out was easy. They had someone to help you push your luggage to your room. If you love nature, the river next to the hotel has many birds. It was good to walk around that area too. The restaurant next to it has nice food too.

It is a really big hotel complex. The room was huge and had all amenities. Just a bit old. The hotel has restaurants and even a very nice souvenir shop. The personal was so friendly and gave an excellent service. I definitely recommend this hotel!

This is a beautiful hotel made of alot of glass. There is a glass chapel in the middle of it on the 3rd floor that is really pretty as well. The buffet was good....just had to walk to the adjacent building. We had sone drinks at the bar on the top floor thats open till midnight. Bartender was very cool. The office staff went out of their way trying to understand me and get me a cab to go eat dinner. I would definitely stay here again.
