Christian, night desk supervisor, also friendly and accommodating. "Really loved the location of this hotel and we had a nice, quiet stay. Our room was clean on arrival and kept clean during our stay. The reception staff were also very helpful especially when the firm bed was a bit too firm - probably fine for most guests but I have chronic pain and sleep better with a soft bed. The only unexpected thing was a charge of 10 Euros for a towelling robe for our stay. Thank you everyone."
