"A very nice hotel. Friendly staff, very clean and they made a real effort for my”speacil needs” breakfast. Disntbuse the spa but it looked fantastic. A well run hotel with real emphasis on customer service. The only negative thing was that the hotel was “closed” on arrival (12:30 am) and if there had not been a few people in the bar outside I am not sure how we would have got in. "

"Ich war für eine Nacht in diesem Wellnesshotel und insgesamt sehr positiv überrascht. Das Hotel steht bereits jetzt sehr gut da, hat aber definitiv noch viel Potenzial nach oben. Für das neue Jahr hat sich das Team sichtbar viel vorgenommen, und man kann wirklich gespannt sein, was hier noch alles entstehen wird – das Hotel sollte man auf jeden Fall im Auge behalten. "Im Groben und Ganzen war die Unterkunft schön. Sie liegt toll in der Natur und es ist sehr ruhig. Das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich und super nett. Bei uns gab es kleine Unstimmigkeiten mit der Buchung, das wurde aber super kompetent und freundlich gelöst. Großes Lob an der Stelle:) Das einzige Manko waren die Betten. Wir waren in einem Vierbettzimmer, zwei Stockbetten, und die Betten waren schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Sie waren ein wenig instabil, was außer ständigem Quietschen...

"Our stay was three days, the staff were friendly and very helpful from the moment we arrived. The pool and spa areas were superb, and having Black Forest Gateaux with a pot of tea by the pool was not something we expected to be able to do - but very memorable. The breakfast was epic, it’s plain to see how very proud the chefs are, and this is reflected in the quality and range of breakfast items available. We had guest e bikes (at no charge) we explored the local forest area, this made the hills very easy to navigate - the bikes were of excellent quality. "
