The accommodation was in a great location, was very clean and well maintained, and offered a wonderful view of the sea. The hosts were extremely welcoming, helpful, and thoughtful. They were always attentive to the well-being of their guests. Check-in and check-out, as well as communication throughout our stay, were completely seamless. We felt extremely comfortable at all times and can highly recommend this accommodation. We will definitely be coming back!

An amazing apartment! It’s brand new, immaculate down to the smallest detail, and incredibly comfortable. The Jacuzzi on the terrace is spectacular, completely private and perfect for relaxing with a gorgeous view of the sea. The host is extremely sweet and helpful and any request is handled within 5/10 minutes, and they even organized a quad rental for our trip to Balos. Truly wonderful and highly recommended!

We stayed in the Panoramic Sea View Maisonette at the New Life Houses for almost two weeks in September and had a truly beautiful time. Everything went very smoothly. The ameneties are new and clean, the atmosphere in the apartment is very welcoming and cosy. We liked to have our breakfast coffee on either of the two balconies in the morning sun with great views on Kissamos Bay. The location is also perfect for reaching all the famous beaches like Falasarna, Elafonisi or Balos. Also going back and forth to Xania to spend a nice evening there is totally doable. But the best of our stay was the incredible hospitality of the owners which made us feel so welcome. We would definitely come back and recommend this place without hesitation. If we had known about the rental car option that the family offers, we would also have chosen them for our stay.

We had a wonderful stay and a great experience overall. The apartment was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The owner and her daughter are doing an excellent job. They welcomed us with complimentary pastries and fresh fruit, which was a lovely touch. They were always responsive, friendly, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. Helena’s recommendations were also incredibly helpful, and we really enjoyed the places she suggested. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.
