This was the cheapest condo we could find for our stay. It was a bit further away from the parks ( about 1 hour ). There was no checking in onsite communication went through email. The condo looked great and clean but we had several issues. The most important issues where a stuck balcony door and not working airco. That made it hot and stuffy only windows to open but those had mosquito screens with holes in them. We called upon arrival to let them know about the defects. Unfortunately they couldn't be there the same day. One of use stayed at the condo alone to let the repair man in the condo which came in the afternoon. Unfortunately he only could repair the sliding door. There would be a tech later that week. Unfortunately communication and keeping up to date didn't work very well. After a promise a tech would be there tomorrow which didn't show up we contacted the provider. Unfortunately during our 6 night stay the airco wasn't repaired. They did refund a part of what we paid. It was a nice gesture but if the communication between our point of contact would have been better we would have a better feeling. But if all is in working order the condo is a great place to stay. The beds were a bit too soft for me, not that's a personal thing. They provided dishwasher tablets, kitchen rolls, toilet paper and more. The resort itself is reasonably basic with to swimming pools we didn't use. You will need a car to get around in the area, no shopping in walking distanc
