* Late checkout fee of $250.00 if the guest is not checked out by 11:30 AM
* A full extra night's charge will apply if the guest stays past 12:15 PM
* Quiet enjoyment is essential. Please be mindful of noise levels. Disturbing the peace of other guests or neighbors is prohibited.
* Guests are responsible for adhering to the building’s quiet hours: 9 PM - 8 AM on weekdays, and 10 PM - 10 AM on weekends.
* For reservations made outside of Airbnb or other rental platform, a security deposit ranging from $1,000-2,000 is required, along with a signed rental agreement and credit card authorization form.
