I had a double room for myself. Small but comfortable. The bathroom was very small for my 6'2" frame. But having lived and worked in Japan, im used to not fitting in.

I've stayed at this hotel several times while on business in Kokura. Im usually very satisfied as this hotel is in a very convenient location with easy public parking just across the road. Unfortunately this time I was assigned a smoking room on a smoking floor. I don't smoke, so the odor was overpowering. Additionally, there was an ongoing party or other loud disturbance on the same floor, which prevented me from getting much sleep. Not happy.

The room was to hot and did not have air-conditioning. While opening the window did little for the temperature. Neighbour was also very loud as I heard tv and loud laughing at 01:00 in the night and 9 in the morning.
