Very Good

The bed was so comfy loved it though I didn't see no safe in my room.
2 bottles of free water were in the fridge. Free WiFi worked well to watch movies by my mobile.
This offers great value for money - it’s very clean, with all the usual hotel amenities (kettle, fridge etc) and in a good location. The only negative is that there was no way to control the temperature in the room apart from turning the heating off and opening the window. The room was too warm for my liking so that would be the only negative point. Otherwise, the stay was excellent and it’s fantastic value for money.
Check in was simple, property was clean and spacious for 3 pax in a room. It was a nice walk to the city centre, although most shops do close pretty early in the city.
Parked car at the property and check in staff explained that we could go in and out as many times as we would like after paying the one time parking fee.
The first floor is new and good but the building is actually old. There are not so many kinds for breakfast.

Good value
We stayed here for several nights while visiting family. The staff was friendly and everything was clean. It had fast internet as well. The facility is rather worn down, and had issues like AC not working, a blinder not closing, faucet leaking and such.. it had basically no storage area either which made our long stay with large luggages. However considering the price per night, it was a good value.
The 2000 bero dining option should either cost less or give more drinks, it was quite frustrating to see only 2 alcohol service at this price, I mean, usually senbero gives up to 3 already and Thai is 2x sen
Nothing felt unique or bad. Aside from not being able to speak English as a foreigner but that’s just a personal issue rather than an issue of the hotel
The staff were great and the lobby/dining areas have a nice atmosphere. The room was, however, not updated like the shared areas. The plug in the bathroom didn't work and wallpaper was peeling. The air filter was malfunctioning. I thought the price was too high considering these points. The breakfast was good but would have liked some choice or consultation for meat replacement.
Do yourself a big favor. Spend that little extra and stay somewhere else. Dated, wouldn’t do this place justice. Smelled of cigarettes at the entryway of building. The reception area or lack there of area needs to be seriously evaluated and define. As far as today, this place doesn’t have an ACTUAL desk area. It’s a BAR with a chair… anywho the elevators, hallways, and the room made me feel like I was in the movie “the shining” right where you hear “Red Rum. The hotel bed is too firm and felt aches, the “design” room is very much in need of renovating. Oh yes lastly, should’ve been at the top! Even when you have already paid for booking, they DEMAND a 200 yen fee for “Consumption Tax” even though it’s 200 yen the clerk (short Japanese girl mid 20s or younger with glasses and can speak a little English) stating a bit loud “you pay this now”…. I will never in this life or the next life stay at this place again.
