"Lampshade cracked on top. Juice maker in breakfast room was out of order over the weekend we stayed. Furniture was outdated and in very poor shape with peeling and dingy appearance. Motel 6 is cheaper by $40.00 per night and it was clean and newly updated."

"Had a great stay! Please read all reviews before booking. Hosts were responsive and wonderful. This is a cottage. It is small and needs some extra love. If you are 6 ft or taller this is not for you. Again, it is a cottage and the ceilings are low and the rooms are very tiny. I wish it was warmer and we could enjoy the patio, it is beautiful. The view was amazing and a great relaxing place to go after our long days. "

"The positives: The man at check-in was great, the room was clean and everything worked as it should have, the view was nice, and parking was easy. The breakfast is great! They provide you with a room service style slip of paper and you complete it before 10pm each night, then you can either dine in, pick-up, or have your selections delivered in the morning. The fritatta and biscuits and gravy were great. The negatives: We received absolutely no housekeeping service, which was so odd as when we left our room, the room next to us was being done. It's like the housekeeper just totally skipped over us and forgot about our room. The other huge negative is there doesn't seem to be any security roaming the hotel. We had people knock on our door at 4am and then run away, there rooms around us were blaring their tv's, people were shouting at each other loudly, which could be heard in our room and we could hear toilet flushing all through the night. "

"We had a fantastic long weekend staying at this amazing house. It was the perfect location for a weekend of food, hot tub, kayaking, hikes and conversations. The hosts were great and very responsive to questions. We definitely want to come back next year when we do our annual trip again."
