Staff is the friendliest and most helpful I have ever had!
We stayed to celebrate a birthday and we were surprised by complementary chocolate cake and a bottle of Prosecco. In addition to that, we were given complementary breakfast and a free upgrade.
We will definitely make a point to vacation back tk Vancouver and stay at this hotel again....but for longer!
Beautiful pool and hot tub!
The room was clean, bathroom lovely (bath is big...perfect size for an evening soak)
The shampoo, conditioner etc are luxurious!
