The room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was included and it was fair/okay, some of the bread and muffins were stale but the scrambled eggs and waffles were great. Also not a lot of seating for breakfast. The pool and pool area were mostly clean and good for family swimming. The staff were friendly and personable. Overall it was a very nice hotel and a great value.

We booked a room with two queen beds and they called us the same day to upgrade us to a “King Suite”, which only had 1 bed. That makes no sense. The woman at check in virtually said nothing. Never told us when breakfast was, where the pool was, when check out was. The water in the pool was absolutely not 82° like the staff insisted. The room was clean and complimentary breakfast was delicious. The hotel is very close to the outlets.
