This Duck rental is conveniently located near the best of Duck! Enjoy local dining and nearby establishments like Fishbones Raw Bar & Restaurant, grab coffee at Tree House Coffee Co, and even go shopping at the Waterfront Shops. All of these businesses and more are located less than a mile away from Bella Vista. Plus, the beach is just an 8 minute walk away; giving you and your family access to easy, endless beach days! There's plenty of fun to be had at your rental too with a private pool with plenty of poolside seating Bella Vista is also a pet friendly Outer Banks rental, meaning the whole family can truly enjoy the calm and relaxation that a Duck getaway has to offer.

Inside Bella Vista, you'll be welcomed by an open living area complete with beach inspired decor and plenty of seating for you, your friends, and your family. Enjoy a movie on the flat screen TV, whip out one of the board games provided, or simply hang out with friends and family. When it's time to prepare meals during your stay, the kitchen has everything you need and more for the chef in your group to whip up something tasty. With plenty of dining room table seating and barstool seating for 3, everyone can gather and enjoy meals together. The kitchen also features Keurig and standard coffee makers so you can enjoy your morning brew outside on the furnished sundeck. Fun in Duck

We had a great time even with one rainy day. Home was clean and the perfect size for us. As other reviews mention- doggies did not care for the spiral staircase, but did ok on the outside stairs. Loved that the stairs outside go to a fenced in area. Loved location to town and ocean. Best hot tub we have ever had in a vacation rental- however location of hot tub is not very private. Would recommend this home.

This home is in a good overall location - short walk to shopping, boardwalk over the sound, restaurants and the Duck Town Square. Recent storms had washed out the usual beach access, fortunately one was available close by. The top level area accommodated our group nicely, especially the eat-in kitchen area. We ate in most of the 2 weeks we were there. The kitchen work area was a bit tight. If one person was at the sink doing dishes and loading the dishwasher, it was awkward to either work at the stove or to be putting food away, for example. The mid-level bedrooms were a little smaller than expected. The hall bath was small and is shared by 2 of the bedrooms. The other full bath on this level is shared by the other 2 bedrooms, potentially 4 people per bathroom. The 3rd full bath is accessible from the garage area and convenient to the hot tub and swimming pool but not from in the house. There were a number of maintenance people on the property while we were there including the rental company wanting to come in and change the air filters twice. The first time they stopped by, we declined to let them in, so they gave us the air filters and we changed them ourselves. They stopped by a week later wanting to enter the property again for the same reason. We declined since I asked how often they need to change them and he said 1x/month, so that visit was unnecessary. The pool and the hot tub were well-maintained.

Very dirty

The property was pet friendly, we have pets, however, the pet hair was disgusting. Not to mention the mold in the cupboards, shower curtains, showers, someone's left over dental floss on the floor, filthy dishwaher and a most ever disgusting used sanitary napkin underneath our bathroom trash bag in the basket. Need i say more?
