Located in the heart of Duck, Seaside Dreams is a 3rd-floor condo that is perfect for families! While sitting on the back balcony you will enjoy breathtaking views and sounds of the ocean. Enjoy soaking up the Outer Banks sun on the open deck or poolside deck right out your back door! This retreat is sure to leave you with memories to last a lifetime.

When you stay at Seaside Dreams you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy all the community amenities of Colony by the Sea. The oceanfront pool has large sundecks with restrooms, outside showers, grilling areas and picnic tables nearby. Community tennis courts, basketball courts and playground areas are great for wearing out the kids and access to the community WiFi will keep you connected to home! In addition, there is a community coin-operated laundry facility. Please note, the community pool closes on October 15, 2024.
