Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Klamath Falls
Check in didn't go well as our assured reservation request with Melody in March for a top floor king bed on the lakeside was let go. The front guest clerk Alex didn't seem to care and showed no respect and was very dismissive. The rest of the staff was great
