"2 standards of service from the wait staff. The restaurant that serves breakfast buffet, practically no service at all. Coffee was as blend as possible, totally no service. Had to ask for better coffee and that too, I had to collect it myself. All our plates were stacked one on top of the other. Of course the wait staff on the 2nd floor restaurant was so much better. They even gave me a slice of cake when they knew it was my birthday. I am a Marriott Gold card member and I only knew when I had checked in. Wait staff at ground level coffee house-1 star. Wait staff at 2nd level coffee house-5 star."

"Check in was 3pm but i walked in at 11.30am, cause not my 1st time staying in here. Always manage to get room early. Was attended by Sofea, she told me room not ready n got to wait n she will call me. Ao went for a coffee and came back at 1pm. Alot of tourist started to check in and out, more than 15 pple got thier room keys n walked up n i was still waiting for the call from Sofea. 2pm walked up to the receptionist Luqman n he immediately gave me a room. So the thing here is, Sofea needs more diligent or rather training to serve n be reponsible with customers. Another staff to compliment was Que or Sue, couldnt recall the name, while checking out she was very sweet n handle it well even my parking coupon. Please next time attend to customers who. Arrive 1st. Thank you very much"

"Room was basic but I expected this. Location is fantastic attached to the train station and Nu Sental mall. Brickfields is across the road for amazing dining options. If you are looking for convenience with no frills this was great! Breakfast, good options but for a vegetarian it was limited."

"TV had a couple of local free to air stations of no interest to me and a promo loop, too much trouble to access more options: need to setup personal phone with app, connect phone to unsecured hotel wifi etc. Friendly staff at reception, free welcome (soft) drink at bar. Room quirky design, large shower and toilet in seperate spaces, I found bed large but mattress too hard. Tea/coffee in room. Breakfast good. 24h reception. Location 200m walk from a metro, everyone else uses the Grab app, it avoids stepping around beggers and homeless or trying to cross the road and not get run over by some person running a red light!"
