Relaxation in and with nature

The holiday home in Klausdorf is located on Neuen Weg 4 and is approximately 90 square meters. It extends over 2 floors, has a terrace on the west side and its own parking space.

The house is designed for 4 adults, but is also suitable for families with older children. There is a garden pond in the garden. Therefore, we cannot rent to families with small children who are not yet able to swim. There is a gallery on the upper floor for watching TV and relaxing. The house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, a stove with oven, microwave and all the necessities. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. However, it is possible to book a "laundry package" from the caretaker service. Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with a shower, tub and toilet as well as a washing machine.

Absolut richtige Wahl.Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Besitzer. Die Wohnung war sauber vorbereitet. Unsere lokale Servicekraft lernten wir kennen, sie war auch für kleine Fragen hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr übersichtlich gestaltet. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Gute Verbindungen in alle Richtungen mit Fahrrad Auto und zu Fuß nur wenig Kilometer vom Zentrum Stralsund und doch weit draußen auf dem Land am Rand des Nationalparks Mecklenburgsche Boddenlandschaft mit herrlicher Natur. Im Haus ist alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und auch funktionsfähig. E-Bikes sind in einem abgeschlossenen Schuppen mit Ladestation sicher und trocken abstellbar. Fazit 10 P in jeder Rubrik.

Erholung pur mit Frösche zählen :-)Das Haus war sauber, ordentlich und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und es lief alles sehr einfach. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und der Weg zum Badestrand hat keine 10 Minuten gedauert. Ein kleiner Garten zum toben ist auch vorhanden. Der Naturteich an der Terrasse lud zum entspannen und Frösche zählen ein. (Wir kamen auf 23)Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Fast perfekt

Tolles, sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Es hat fast an nichts gefehlt. Einen kleinen Mangel gibt es. Es sollte einmal gründlich über Mückenschutz an den Fenstern nachgedacht werden. Die momentane Lösung ist unbefriedigend. Sonst gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Besonders der Froschteich hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Tolles Haus in sehr guter Lage

Wir konnten hier in diesem sehr schönen Haus einen absolut entspannten Urlaub verbringen. Der Teich vor der Terrasse mit seinen Bewohnern (Frösche und Fische) war immer wieder schön anzuschauen. Jeden Tag leckere Fischbrötchen aus der "Proviantkiste" am Hafen Barhöft, zwei Ausflüge nach Stralsund und Barth sowie Wanderungen entlang des Boddens haben diese Woche zu einem tollen Erlebnis gemacht. Ein absoluter Tipp ist der schöne Spalierobstgarten in Klausdorf und die Badestelle in der Nähe. Wir kommen gern einmal wieder.

Urlaub mir dem Rad

Mein Mann und ich haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und schön gelegen. Im Bett haben wir bestens geschlafen. Bücher sind ausreichend vorhanden. Zudem existiert eine abschließbare Radunterkunft mit Ladestation. Wir haben die ganze Küste inklusive Fischland/Darß, Zingst, Rügen auch Warnemünde/Rostock und Ribnitz-Damgarten beradelt. Ebenso konnten wir vorort am Bodden in die Ostsee gehen. Einkaufen und Restaurantbesuche - außer einer netten 10minütig zu Fuß entfernten Gaststätte mit Voranmeldung - muss man nach Prohn, Stralsund oder Barhöft. Sind immer fündig geworden. Wir hatten einen super Urlaub. Vielen Dank. Regina und Lutz

Traumhaftes Haus mit Garten und Teich

Wir hatten 2 wunderbare Wochen in diesem tollen Haus! Es ist alles da, was man für einen entspanntes Urlaub benötigt, vom Eierkocher über bequeme Gartenstühle, und vor allem eine himmlische Ruhe! Vom Haus aus haben wir per Rad und Auto, Stralsund, Rügen und den Darss erkundet. Alles leicht zu erreichen und damit ist ein abwechslungsreicher Urlaub garantiert. Das Haus selbst ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, man merkt, dass hier jemand mit ganz viel Herz am Werk ist! Bei Fragen war Herr Gallas sofort zu erreichen und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Service vor Ort lief problemlos! Ein super Haus, absolute Empfehlung!

Entspannter Urlaub

Funktional und vollständig ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt bis hin zur Ladestation für E-Bikes im Fahrradschuppen. Die aufblühende Natur während unseres Aufenthalts Anfang Mai hatte ihren besonderen Charme. Es ist eine Wiederholung wert.

Tolle Unterkunft mit vielen Möglichkeiten

Wir durften 14 Tage in diesem schönen Haus verbringen. Die Ausstattung ist super, es fehlt an nichts. Zudem ist alles gut beschriftet, da z.B. die Fenster oder die Balkontür eigene Schließmechanismen haben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer und dem Ansprechpartner vor Ort war problemlos und sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hauses war für uns ideal, früh mit dem Fahrrad nach Prohn zum Bäcker, abends in Klausdorf nochmal kurz ans Wasser oder einen kleinen Ausflug nach Barhöft... Stralsund, Hiddensee und Rügen sind mit dem Fahrrad und/ oder mit dem Auto/ Schiff leicht zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren mit dem Ferienhaus sehr zu frieden. Die Schlafzimmer waren gut ausgestattet. Mann kann sich gut hausen auf der Terrasse hinsetzen. Eine sehr ruhige Gegend. Geschirr war ausreichend vorhanden und Messer waren teilweise scharf. Badezimmer gut und Waschmaschine lief top.

Absolut zu empfehlen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in unserem Feriendomizil genossen, absolute Ruhe und Entspannung. Ein sehr schönes großes Grundstück mit großer Terrasse, die zum verweilen einlädt. Sowohl das Haus als auch das Grundstück waren noch viel schöner als die Bilder aussagen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

100 Prozent Wohlfühlen

Hallo Familie Gallas, Ihr Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, keine durchgelesen Matratzen wie es in manchen Unterkünften leider der Fall ist. Auch der Außenbereich ist schön angelegt und gepflegt. Beim entspannen auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Teich, kamen wir als Naturliebhaber auch auf unsere Kosten. Wir werden wiederkommen. Alles Gute und bleiben Sie Gesund

Idyllisches Urlaubsdomizil

Das Ferienhaus hat eine wunderbar ruhige Lage. Die Umgegend ist gut und schnell mit dem Rad oder Auto zu erkunden. Alle Leute mit denen wir in diesen Urlaub Kontakt hatten, waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Schönes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist umfassend (z.B. viele Bücher, Waffeleisen, Rührgerät) und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Es gibt einen sehr großen Garten, der schön angelegt ist.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit beeindruckendem Innenraum

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit sehr grosszügigem Wohnraum und ruhiger Lage. Ideal für Ausflüge an die Boddenküste sowie Rügen als auch Stralsund und folgende Küste. Sehr kooperative Vermieter, die bei Bedarf gut erreichbar sind und schnell reagieren. Wir würden wieder hier Urlaub machen.

Ferien in Klausdorf

Das Haus ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Sehr schade, dass es nicht in einem sauberen Zustand übergeben werden kann. Der Kühlschrank war nicht gereinigt, in der Wohnung an vielen Stellen Spinnweben, auf dem Sofa Haare von Hund und Mensch, die Molton auf den Betten sehr unappetitlich und die Fenster hätten eine Reinigung nötig.

Netter Urlaub

Das Haus hat alles was es für einen guten Urlaub braucht, einen grossen, eingezäunten Garten, liebevoll eingerichtet, genügend Geschirr.. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es dafür das die Heizung ( Fussboden Heizung ) nicht regulierbar war und das auf den Nachbargrundstücken zwei Hunde wohnen denen leider nicht beigebracht würde auch Mal die Klappe zu halten. (Dafür kann der Vermieter ja nix .... wir sind selber mit zwei Hunden angereist ) Ansonsten war alles perfekt 😁😁

Schönes gemütliches Haus,lohnt sich es zu mieten!

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Das Haus ist gemütlich und mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht. Das einzige was uns aufgefallen war, es waren sehr viele Spinngewebe. ABER wir haben auch ganz kurzfristig gebucht.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, alles war rundum perfekt!

Das Ferienhaus hat alles was man braucht fuer einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub! Sei es der Teich an der Terrasse, welche zum entspannen einlädt, oder die idyllische Umgebung, wo viele Spaziergänge gemacht werden können. Das Inventar hat ebenso alles was man benötigt und ist sehr ansprechbar und außerordentlich gemütlich.

Erholsam ohne Abstriche

Ein perfektes Ferienhaus für alle, die sich in ländliches Idylle mit Hahnenschrei, Gänsegeschnatter und Froschquaken wohlfühlen, die an den Bäumen auf dem Grundstück Hängematten baumeln lassen und die ein Fahrrad dabei haben, um am Morgen ins nächste Dorf in 4 km Entfernung am Bodden entlang radeln zu können, um die Brötchen für das Frühstück auf der Terrasse am Teich zu holen.

Schönes Haus mit viel Natur

Wir können das Ferienhaus gerne weiterempfehlen. Das Haus ist großzügig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Haus und Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt - vor allem ist die Einrichtung nicht "steril", sondern man merkt, dass auch die Eigentümer vor Ort sind. Das macht den Aufenthalt persönlich, man fühlt sich willkommen. Die Umgebung ist landschaftlich sehr schön. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Besonders haben wir die Natur genossen, der man hier wirklich nahe ist.
