Welcome to this first-class house, perfect for large families or friends looking to spend relaxing holidays together. Here you'll not only enjoy the best beach location, but also a swimming pool and a spacious barbecue terrace.

The house has 7 comfortable bedrooms, including 5 rooms with double beds, 2 rooms with 2 single beds each, and even a crib for the little ones. With a total of 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet, there's plenty of space for everyone. The living room features a beautiful Costa Rican dining table that seats 14 people. A cozy seating area by the fireplace and a large flat-screen TV ensure relaxing evenings. An additional TV is located upstairs. Four to five parking spaces are available in front of the house.

The house's pool has a glass roof and can be opened in the summer. It is available from approximately mid-April to the end of October, provided the outside temperature is above 18 degrees Celsius. The safety of non-swimmers and the cleanliness of the water are the responsibility of the guests, so a quick shower is required before swimming. All utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the rental price, and a grill is available on the terrace for convivial barbecues.

For additional relaxation, you can book the outdoor whirlpool, which is filled with fresh water each time guests change and heated to a comfortable temperature of 36-38 degrees Celsius. We regularly check the pool, and the operating instructions can be found in our guest app. Please note that use of the outdoor sauna, washing machine, and dryer requires a coin machine. €2 in coins are required. You can book bicycles before your arrival at www.stockundsteinbikes.de.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können. Daher 1 Stern weniger. Sie Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen, sodass man viel in der näheren Umgebung sehen und erleben kann.

Wir sind mit der Familie inkl. Einem Kleinkind angereist. Die Lage war super, sehr schöne Umgebung mit lauter Ferienhäuser und strandnah. Der Strand war nicht zu überfüllt, man konnte weit hinausgehen, bis es tief wurde, und es gab sogar Fisch zu kaufen. Der Kurkartenbetreiber war sehr kulant, wenn man am ersten Tag nicht gleich vorbereitet war und die Karte parat hatte. Nur leider keine Ausgehmöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort und der kurze Weg zum Strand ist leider ein Feldweg, der mit Kinderbuggy teilweise etwas zu rümpelig und zu steil ist. Die Villa ist sehr großzügig und schön ausgestattet, es war sauber, es fehlte nur etwas der "Frühjahrsputz" mit staubigen Lampen und dreckigen Fenstern. Wir hätten auch gerne unsere zerknitterte Kofferkleidung aufgebügelt, und konnten leider kein Bügelbrett und -eisen oder Bügel finden, was in vielen Ferienhäusern aber vorhanden ist. Einige fanden, dass Bettwäsche bei dem Preis hätte mit drin sein müssen. Den Whirlpool haben wir abends sehr genossen und der Pool bietet gute Abkühlung am Tag. Es war viel Platz im Garten, nur leider gab es Bierbänke und nicht wie abgebildet Stühle (außer Liegestühle). Somit wurde das lange Sitzen abends draußen dann doch nach drinnen verlegt. Der Esstisch ist viel größer und schöner als er auf den Bildern aussieht. Insbesondere das Bad unten war sehr großzügig und angenehm mit Regendusche, nur hat die Toilettenspülung in dem Haus leider nicht sehr gut funktioniert. Es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Das Haus ist an sich schön, geräumig und sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Garten und die Terrasse biegen viel Platz zum Spielen und Ausruhen. Es gibt genügend Parkmöglichkeiten direkt auf dem Grundstück. Leider hat das Haus auch einige Mängel. Am meisten hat uns die mangelnde Ausstattung gestört. Es gibt nicht mal ausreichend Besteck oder Geschirr für alle Personen. Das sollte schon der Mindestanspruch sein. Scheinbar kümmert sich der Besitzer aber nicht darum oder prüft mal ob noch alles ausreichend vorhanden ist. Weingläser gibt es zum Beispiel gerade mal drei, diese alle unterschiedlich. Insgesamt ist die Küche sehr schlecht ausgestattet und es wirkt wie ein kunterbuntes Sammelsurium. Die Sauna ist unbrauchbar, da sie sich nicht dicht verschließen lässt. Im Pool hatten wir zwei mal tote Mäuse. Dafür kann der Besitzer zwar nichts, aber schön war das nicht. Auch die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Anbei ein Bild vom Wasserkocher, das ist wirklich nicht zumutbar. Auch die Toiletten werden wohl nur oberflächlich geputzt, unter den Rand sollte man nicht schauen. Bei der Anreise haben wir erstmal ein Bettgestell repariert.Alles in allem ist das Haus in Ordnung für eine Woche Aufenthalt. Die Zimmeraufteilung und die Betten sind ganz gut. Es ist soweit alles vorhanden, auch Gartenliegen und Auflagen. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit lassen jedoch Luft nach oben und das ist bei dem Preis nicht angemessen. Der Stand in der Nähe ist nicht schön, da haben wir trotzdem immer das Auto gebraucht.

Alles in allem ok. Zimmer und Aufteilung super; Sauberkeit leider nicht so gut, vor allem die Lampen über dem Esstisch waren extrem verdreckt, die mussten wir erst reinigen. Die Ausstattung war leider sehr lückenhaft, da müsste man mal prüfen und ergänzen. Draußen gibt es keine Stühle, das passt nicht zu den Bildern in der Anzeige. Von den 5 Liegen am Pool sind 4 kaputt oder abgenutzt, dadurch kaum nutzbar.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Whirlpool und Sauna

Alles in Allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt! Leider ist die Sauberkeit nicht ganz zufriedenstellend und es gibt einige altersbedingte Mängel am Objekt. Nichtsdestotrotz ist es ein tolles Haus und der Whirlpool ist der Hammer! Wir kommen gern wieder.

Schönes Haus mit guter Lage

Der Aufenthalt gestaltete sich sehr angenehm, der Pool war ein echtes Highlight. Eigentlich würden wir einen Stern abziehen wollen weil die Waschmaschine überteuert zur Benutzung stand und 2 Türklinken lose waren. Abgesehen davon ist die Lage der Unterkunft sehr komfortabel gelegen, Boltenhagen, die Insel Poel und weitere Ausflugsziele sind nicht weit entfernt. Unmittelbar am Fuße Hauses ca. 4 Minuten Fußmarsch entfernt liegt ein schöner Strand entfernt, dieser ist hervorragend für Kinder geeignet, mit DLRG Station, Toiletten und Imbiss für den kleinen Hunger. Rundum weiter zu empfehlen.
