"This was the coolest place we stayed in during our entire trip. The room had everything we needed & had some very fun surprises built in as well. The wind was super strong during our stay but we still slept soundly. It’s about 30 minutes outside of Selfoss, but it is absolutely worth the stay. The northern lights viewing space at the top of the tower is incredible! It’s quiet, cozy & has seating all around. "Askot Cottage was amazing! We definitely wished we had stayed more than one night. Directions were clear, property was well illuminated, and entry was easy. I appreciated the fact that each cottage has its own EV charger and washer/dryer combo. We also had a great view of the northern lights during our stay! "

"This dome was perfect! Very clean which is the most important to me. It had all the essentials, extra blankets and the beds were comfortable. The host was super responsive and sent delivered more wood for us quickly. The town of Selfoss is 5-6 kilometers and has nice dining options. My family enjoyed our stay very much and will be coming back! "
