"Caravan was spotless a nice caravan. The young kids entertainment was good staff worked hard well done my grandchildren loved it. My only criticism was the bar didn't open till 12 and my family adults like a coffee. It's a shame that there isn't an area or coffee space for this purpose. "

"An excellent value for money caravan. It was our first family stay in a caravan site - and it did not disappoint. The caravan was well appointed with most things you'll need for cooking and living including free wifi and freeview tv. We needed to buy soap, and glad we'd bought beach towels as only hand towels were provided. Quality cooking equipment made cooking meals easy. Plenty of warm bedding, although the bed wasn't the most comfy mattress it was fine for a week. This caravan is right next to the clubhouse and entertainment - unfortunately you have to walk around to get to it or jump over the balcony railings - but great for kids to play out on the park and still be in ear shot. This does mean it was a bit loud on Friday and Saturday nights, but the music stopped at 11 and it was great to have home comforts to listen to it and dance on the balcony. - our two girls loved it, but maybe other families might find it a bit loud if you're looking for a peaceful get away. Would be excellent for couples wanting to enjoy the entertainment. The owner was easy to contact when we had a problem and the team on site were all lovely. The site it's self is well maintained, tidy and really is just a quick walk over a bridge to the perfect beach. Pebbles for doodling on and throwing in the sea, beautiful sand and shells at lower tides. Safe for swimming and generally messing about. There are indoor and outdoor play areas onsite with no extra cost, and other entertainment including the use for a swimming pool in the site next door (less than 5 minutes walk). There is a shop on the nextdoor site too. It's walkable to both Towyn and Abergele, and easy to access the main road to get to llandudno and Conwy."

"There were no microwave oven and enough crockeries for 6 people. Shower were too hot and shower regulator did not work properly. Also no carpet in bath to wipe feet."

"1st time in a mobile home, excellent condition, everything that we needed was there. Would have no hesitation in staying again, good value for money."

"Lovely hosts, Vicky and Bob, who kept us informed and provided lots of information on the area. The lodge was cosy and clean with everything you need for a break away; it really was a home from home and closely situated to the main area of reception, Jake's Bar, kids' activities, Showbar and pool. We went as a family of 4 over half term, and really loved the site; Halloween entertainment (AfterParty duo) were amazing, free activities for the kids and some excellent food offers on at the site, such as feed the family for £20 and bogof breakfasts, which I didn't expect over a half term break. Even an ice-cream van did the rounds. Close to lots of places to visit, such as Pensarn (there were fireworks and a fair on) and a 5-minute walk to the pebble beach. Fab break and would highly recommend Snape Lodge and SF Parks."

"We found there was a water leak getting one of the room carpet completely wet. We reported the issue to the host and the reception, but there were no resolution. "

"Caravan was very clean and in a very good location eg near a Asda supermarket, costa coffee, amusements park. Only downfall was that the caravan is situated near the main road . So constant vehicle noise stops you sleeping at night, especially from the HGV or buses that go past. "
