"Dirty sheets, dried snot on sheets, tv wouldn’t work, door card wouldn’t work. Knife stab mark through bathroom door. Whole place smelled of pot. "

"Everything was great except the shuttle. I was able to get a shuttle from the airport to the hotel my first night. When I was checking in I asked about the shuttle for the next day and was told no problem as long as I’m within the time it runs. Next day I call in advance for the shuttle and there’s suddenly no shuttle available the whole day. Why advertise and even tell me there’s an airport shuttle when there isn’t? The only reason I booked is for the airport shuttle. Next time I’ll book somewhere $20 nicer with a reliable shuttle. Hate getting lied to by companies. "
