"So cute, charming and cozy. Comfy bed and abundant with charm!"

"Anderson is such a gracious host! My wife and I look forward to our next stay at The Tides in Laguna Beach."

"The staff was absolutely wonderful, especially Rose, who was so nice and helpful. Thank you so much!"

"This place was an amazing value for it's proximity to the beach. Absolutely loved having so much available at a walkable distance. We got lucky and received a room with a cute little balcony, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee from one of the many cafes close by. The underground parking garage was also very convenient to have access to. Overall, I look forward to another opportunity to stay here."

"This property test on a bluff overlooking the ocean and the Dana point Harbor. The best views are from floors 2&3. Our stay on floor one had a very nice patio and was adjacent to the breakfast and happy hour venue. Very convenient for that early morning coffee. The location is very close to many restaurants. The free parking was refreshing since so many hotels in the area charge as much as $70 per night. The staff members were extremely hospitable and accommodating. We would definitely stay...

"(1) Clean Room: Room cleanness was appropriate according to the price of the room. (2) Staff: I have talked to the staff when I checked in and checked out. Both time I felt staff was rude. Even though it as minimal interaction, I felt their eye roll and body language were rude. (3) I didn't like parking fee. It is unusual. (4) There was paid breakfast which is fine base on price of the room but those were frozen sandwiches. I got coffee from cafeteria which was fine."

"It’s an older property the rooms are outdated lots of stains but quiet and great views their are no amenities what so ever"

"Everything about this property is superb (I have stayed here before and will stay here in the future), except it has no dedicated pet relief area."

"Our room was dirty, the bath had hairs in it. The room smelled strongly of urine, most likely a dogs. The jets in the bath didn't work. The breakfast was poor, we struggled to find anything to eat and we aren't a fussy family. Parking was also pretty expensive at $25 per night."
