I was so impressed with the physical property, from landscaping to building designs. Staff are hardworking and friendly. Their customer service was excellent. Prices are very reasonable. "Stayed in this fun hotel for one night on our way to Charlotte. It’s right downtown and very close to UT Knoxville. Walked across the street to a fun restaurant. Staff was super helpful, hotel was very clean. The rooftop bar is a must as the views are good and it’s a fun place to hang out. I highly recommend staying here."

"The hotel is a cool concept and really gets into the vibe of Rocky Top. However, for the price per night ($540!) I expected more. The showers were dirty, the window air unit was a total nightmare and whistled ALL NIGHT LONG to the point none of us slept. There was no water for sale at the desk, only coke and beer. The parking is a bit challenging, as you have to drive down an alley to get to the hotel and then do a 20pt turn to get into the check in area. I felt sorry for Valet because they had NO place to put the cars. Overall, it was fine - hence my 3 star rating - but prob won’t stay here again. "

"Breakfast was great lots of choices. Walking distance to UTK. Parking was extra on site. Felt very safe. Walked downtown very convenient. However I found a pubic hair on the wall of shower! Also found hair ties in the floor. The heating/cooling unit on wall had a smell when turned on and it was filthy inside. We didn’t use it for this reason. We were exhausted from traveling all day so I let it slide. Would definitely ask for a different room next time."
