The resort is remote, which is great - but worth stocking up on sunscreen and snacks before you arrive. Also, the beach is stunning - starting to collect some garbage along the shore - but exquisite. "This is wonderfully well-managed property. From the moment I checked in until checkout, the staff were incredibly kind, thoughtful,and helpful. It is evident that this chain does an excellent job in training staff to meet the needs of its clientele. The room was very comfortable with everything in great working order. The facilities were excellent and the vibe was very relaxed. There is tonnes to do on Koh Chang, and the hotel was very helpful in getting me a rental car at a very good rate. I would highly recommend the Dinso as a great place to stay and excellent value for the money. As a side note, the food and service in the restaurant each day was nothing short of excellent."
